Rick was awesome and a life saver. I lost the keys to my vehicle and was locked out. He was able to come the next day and even showed up early. The re-key did take longer than expected due to problems with my vehicle but he was upfront about everything and very courteous. He also didn't charge me nearly as much as other places had quoted me, overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend.

Excellent company ran by great good hearted people. They were very polite and timely. Fast and efficient at completing the job. They genuinally care about their clientel. I couldnt recommend a better place to go if you have an emergency and need to get into your vehicle. Wish I could rate them more than 5 stars.

Rick Brock, wow! Had the best experience with him helping me change out my locks. From the moment I called him to the time he was at my house was fast. He changed out my locks and had my new keys made up in under an hour. Side note he also does cars, found or when I was talking to him. He was since and professionally. Will be sure to use him next time I need lock issues.

Mr. Brock has made additional keys for my manufactured home and shed. I have also had to call recently for being locked out of my manufactured home. He was not only able to get me back into my home, but able to educate me on better locks for my home. His services are reasonably priced, he is professional, and pleasant. Definitely would recommend recommend him for the Killeen area. I will not being using any other locksmith!

Came right away, less than 10 min for locking myself out of the house and very reasonable pricing considering I thought it was going to be more for a dumb mistake. Provided advice as well for car door replacement and gave a referral. Confirmed identity and address so you know it's not any random getting into your house -thankful for the extra caution.

Need a locksmith? Ricky Brock is your man. We needed 5 locks rekeyed for our new home and the entire process took less than an hour. He showed up promptly and was very friendly and professional. Brock did a fantastic job helping us! He made us a few spare house keys & made a spare truck key for my husband with a fob on it that works perfectly! He even got the keypad on the handle working! He went above & beyond! Also the other day I locked myself and my baby girl out of the house & he came by very quickly! He had us back in, in 1 minute flat! Lifesaver! Thank you so much!
