He told us that he would acquire the parts we need and would come back at a later date. I am very happy with the service and would use this company again and again. This company was great before they merged with this company Circle Security Solutions. Customer Service is Horrible. Ordered service and they confirmed a date and time they would come to provide their service and I took off from work and no one showed up. Not only that, I called multiple times and no one would call you back to tell you what happened. Do not waste your time. Very unprofessional as no one can commit to what they say they commit too. Find another company that will support you from start to finish.

Great company. Installation was fast clean professional and worked perfectly! About a year after the install one of my cameras breaks, I called and they sent some one to replace the camera the next day no questions asked. Just good costumer service and I'm very happy with the work they do!

I recently replaced my alarm system that I purchased 30 years ago from Circle Security. It is nice to be able to stay with a company you trust. I recently updated to a wireless and interactive system. It is awesome. They did a great job at a great price with excellent fast service. The owner is honest, fair and responsive. It is no wonder they get 5 stars.
