Wonderful! I have worked with Don Moore for the last several years without one single complaint. His knowledge of safety in and it of the home has been invaluable. These times are scary but having Moore protecting us gives piece of mind and attention that you just don't find with other companies. Trust me, I have tried them. Don is excellent at managing expectations and providing HONEST assessments for home security. Plus, his field and office team are helpful, clean, efficient and respectful. Having folks in your home is sometimes tricky but not with this crew. I HIGHLY recommend the company. WITHOUT hesitation or pause!

I am not even their customer and Don Moore personally got on a call with me to help troubleshoot an alarm problem. He was super nice. I don't actually use the alarm much, and the thing was beeping. Don "facetimed" with me and we found my alarm box and he showed me how to stop the beeping. He said the battery needed changing. What a nice guy.

Moore Protection is the best. Forget companies like ADT who have too many bureaucratic hurdles and corporate departments. We just built a house and Don was there at the beginning to come and make security suggestions and always responsive at different points of the installation. Everyone on their team is easy to deal with and very responsive. Many years ago, he took over an old system from a house we were renting and was able to retro fit everything to make it operational while we were there. It was then I told Don he would be our top security guru!

Converted my alarm from ADT to Moore Protection. Process was easy. All appointments were kept on time. Don Moore is an expert in home security system design. I like dealing with the owner of a company and not a call center in some other state. They did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need or want. Glad I made the switch.

I too strongly recommend against using Moore Protection. The system installed in a very large private home has never worked properly and Moore Protection seems uninterested in actually fixing the problem. Shoddy installation, lack luster customer support, and an owner who is all too willing to charge a premium for an inferior product and second rate service.

I have used Moore Protection since 2003. I chose them because I wanted to use a local business rather than a large faceless corporation. I could not be more happy with the level of expertise and personal service I have received from them. I have dealt with the owner, Don Moore, and his handful of professional staff members quite a bit throughout the years.

These are people that live and breathe personal and electronic protection, they don't sell you a $100 system and pass you off to someone in another city (or country for that matter). I know from personal experience that if something is not working with your system or crime trends in your neighborhood have you worried, you can pick up the phone and call Don directly.

I have done it on a Sunday, myself. Everyone that I have referred to Don has thanked me, because you don't really see this level of personal service that much any more. When you do, you are happy to recommend it, and I am happy to recommend Moore Protection.

I would strongly recommend against using this security company. I contracted with Don Moore to install a security system in my house. He ripped me off and then actually sued me to try and squeeze every penny out of me he could. And the worst of it is he never provided a working system--what he installed was unusable and never functioned. Use somebody else or you'll be writing one of these reviews later!
