Some very nice shops and restaurants in a relaxed and slightly upscale setting. Yellow Ape Craft Beer with bottle shop and kitchen is great, and there's a lovely french pastry shop as well.

Good location with direct access to the train station Yodoyabashi. Good shops and restaurants in basement and 1-3 floors. For lunchtime go early or at least before 12pm.
