Vault Doors By Homeland Gun Safes

Ordered an in-stock Homeland Safe on Friday, was at my door on Wednesday morning. Item was packaged extremely well and appears to be of fantastic quality. I hope it lasts me many years, and if need be, the company stands behind their warranty- should any issues arise. Thanks Homeland Safe!

Talked to George on phone and through email. He did outstanding job. He needs a pay raise for sure. Vault door received many states away in less than 2 weeks from placing order. He shipped it the next day. Very fortunate for me he had 2 in stock to choose from (unheard of right now) Have not installed door so this is far as can review, but seems good at this point. Very pleasant experience.

Don't waste your time calling this people, they scamming people. I order doors, paid for my order upfront and never got my order delivered. Trying to call them to get my refund, they avoiding me, not picking up the phone.

His brother Rafael is a pathological Liar and fraudster. We will file to CSLB and all the other authorities. They have stolen thousands from my husband and won't return it. After 8 weeks of waiting on them to do a simple job they are now running away from him. Thank god we have receipts and will take them to small claims court. It a shame that such business exists. I'm sure all these reviews are fake!

This company along with his brother Rafael are croocks. They have stolen $3000 from me. I have to now run around and beg for my money after 2 months. Stay away

Run, don't walk from homeland safes! I think it might be a family syndicate. You get something here and get referred to another business and get scammed. Rafael is a scam artist. He'd charge you several thousand of dollars as a deposit and you would never see your safe doors in your life. He will feed you with his BS that he thinks doesn't smell.

Horrible customer service*. Never received my goods and doors after paying deposit just like these other people are saying. I wish I was them before I got scammed out of 2000 of my hard earned money. Rafael is a poor human being

I ordered a vault door from Raymond at Homeland Safes. He gave me everything I wanted for a very decent price and did custom lettering on the door. I won't be able to install the door until my basement is complete, but received it very well wrapped on a pallet and it looks amazing. Raymond answered the phone every time I called with a question or return my call and a very short time. They have been great to work with and I am very pleased. I have referred several people to them already and would definitely do business with them again!

This was my first gun safe purchase so I had many questions, and also shopped around different safe manufactures to gain some knowledge and get an idea of sizing, options, accessories, layout, locks, craftsmanship, steel gauge, etc. Raymond was very patient with me and answered any and all of the questions I had, and let me know I can call him with any other questions I may have.

I am pleased with the safe, colors that are offered, safe layouts, and the fact that it's built from the ground up locally in Pico Rivera, and know that if any issues were to happen, Raymond will be on the other end taking care of it.

I purchased a gun safe from homeland about 5 years ago. It is a great safe and we love it. I am looking them up because I am ready to get a 2nd great safe.

I contacted this company and purchased a door not only did they do my door they gave me an upgrade on the size and custom paint and logo that was above and beyond. I recommend this company! They ROCK 5 star

Good product but company information was not accurate. The color blue is so dark it might as well be black. They also did not get my combination for the safe right. I had to call in and change it over the phone. I asked for a modification in the back to accept an electrical cord which they said was no problem but they did not do it. I was told they would credit me $100 for the inconvenience but they did not do it. Overall not a good experience which is really sad because the product is good. Bob Prestileo Purchased March 2019

Chris Zarate helped my brother and I from start to finish with specs and details of our doors. The customer service was amazing and we love the product as well. Had the door installed over a year now and not a single problem!

We absolutely love the custom safe we got from homeland. Its been a year since we had it installed. We have had no issues with the construction or locking mechanism. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had done a lot of research before the purchase and I can say that the quality and price is by far the best value we found.

I needed a gun safe with just shelves for handguns and custom knives so I called the Great people at Homeland Security Safes. They informed me that they had a safe like that ready to go, they put lights and a dehumidifier in the safe for a fraction of the cost and sent the safe from California to New Jersey in less than a week. The safe is " Off The Hook" cool and I love it. I would refer anyone that wants a quality product. Great customer service and people that KEEP THEIR WORD! Call them.

Chris, the sales agent was very personnel/ friendly with the customers requirements. Chris was very helpful on providing options for my project. Chris and I spoke several times until I had made my decision to to have Homeland build my custom vault door. Chris's communication was superb from start of build, right to delivery day. It's been one year that I've took delivery of my homeland safe and now I can give it the review it deserves. My contact was Chris and we exchanged emails with no problem at all. Was invited to the factory to see the safe making process and this was an eye opener. I was able to see the complexity in making a gun/rifle safe. Other than one slight. paint issue the safe arrived to me without any other problems.

The construction is solid and everything fits just right. I am extraemly happy with what I got, especially at the price I got it at. Big thanks to Chris for the amazing cash deal. Don't be scared to ask for a cash deal, I'm telling you this is the way to go. Thanks Homeland Safe!

I bought a Homeland safe in October of 2016. I was told that it would arrive in 6 weeks - it arrived in February of 2017. This wouldn't have been too big of a deal had everything been OK with the safe. It had glue spots all over one of the shelves, the motion sensor that turned on the interior lighting was broken, the screws for the lock for the inside safe are too long so that the lock wiggles, and there was a big scratch from shipping on one side of the safe.

I called them and they said that the screws holding the interior lock were too long. (Why would you ship a $5000 safe like that?) Anyways, they said they would send touch-up paint, new screws, a new switch, and a new shelf - for which I had to provide the shelf measurements. Three weeks later I get a package from them and all that it had in it was the paint.

I called them again to say they made a mistake and I again provided measurements of the shelf and the other parts were missing and they said they would send it. That was three weeks ago! I called them today and they sounded like they didn't know about the shipment. They again asked for the dimensions of the shelf. I finally just told them to send a switch. We'll see how long this one takes. I normally don't write poor reviews but this has gone on way too long. I took a video of this stuff when I unwrapped the safe and I'm thinking about posting it on YouTube.

I found homeland on the Internet. I needed a safe room door and I liked their flexibility and prices. I placed an order and secured a delivery date in approximately 3 weeks from order placement. I had contractors on the job and door coordination was important. It took 8 weeks to get the door. Paint booth broken and mostly unexplained delays. To this day I don't know the reasons for them.

But Chris stayed in touch and granted me discounts for the delay. I ultimately received the door and it is gorgeous. The type face was exactly as I requested. I think these are good guys trying to run a reputable business and I appreciate them alot. dan

Update to my review: I had a locksmith come out and fix my safes locking mechanism. The locksmith took about an hour and fifteen minutes to fix. He said there was no way I could have fixed it myself and it was ridiculous that that solution was even suggested. It cost me $220 to have the safe fixed. I do not recommend this company and will never purchase from them again. Shady business practices.

I ordered a vault inswing door, for our Safe room From Chris & just received it this week. It turned out great & the dimensions were exactly what we talked about. The guys kept me updated on the progress of our door & got it to me in the time frame they told me. I can't wait to get our door installed this weekend. I would highly recommend these doors to anyone who is looking for a great door! James kirby

I bought a stand-up gun safe from Homeland many years ago. The biometric lock that they installed was from another manufacturer. It recently shorted out. Homeland was awesome. Even though the lock maker's warranty was only a couple years, Homeland chose to stand behind their product and replace the biometric lock without cost. It's so unusual today to find companies that stand behind their products.

I cannot recommend Homeland any more highly. When I purchased my safe there fire protection, security, and construction were all top quality. Surprisingly, the price was significantly better than the competition. What more can you ask for?

Worked with Chris from Homeland, I can honestly say buying my first safe was a breeze. The decision to go with Homeland was made easy, the craftsmanship, MADE IN USA, and fire rating (being a firefighter) was very important. They had the best ratings of all, the security bars are much bigger than any other safe company. In my opinion there isn't any other safe that compares, the price was well below the quality! Thanks guys for making me comfortable with this purchase! Will always recommend HOMELAND.

I would like to take the time and tell all future customers about the excellent deals that can be made at Homeland Safe. They are located in Pico Rivera, CA but they do National sales. I found them on the. internet, but they are also at the Costa Mesa gun show where I did talk to them. Many gun safes are sold with 12 gauge thickness or thinner. Homeland's starting thickness is at a minimum of 10 gauge.

The reason being is a fire ax can easily get into a 12 gauge safe. I ended up buying 2 different safes. a 40 inch and a 29. They were custom built to my specifications. I started at what they call a level 7 which is very close to 1/4 inch thick. The door is 3/8 thick steel this is just the.

Bought a safe here and everything turned out very well. I'm only giving them 3 stars because of customer service. I emailed them a couple times to possibly get another shelf, but no response. Just makes me wonder about future warranty responses.

Ordered, built, and delivered within a week. I was told at most it would take two weeks. Good luck finding a quality safe with free delivery and set up. Most safes are delivered to the driveway, and have freight shipping. I chose my color, hinge placement, & interior color. The delivery guys were great. A+ all the way around!

The low review is strictly based on the customer service I received at the end of the transaction. After speaking with the sales rep at the location, I was ready to purchase the safe. Upon delivery I was very pleased with the safe except that it was missing holes for bolting down, something that was specifically covered. Shame on me for not realizing our conversation would need to be written verbatim on the invoice and then assuming that it would be taken care of.

The phone call during delivery is what warrants this rating. I was told by the sales rep, in a condescending tone, that I could just drill the holes myself or send it back. After spending that amount of money, I would expect a lot better customer service and a little more concern for an unhappy customer. I am very displeased with my experience. With all that being said, the safe is very nice and it is nice that it's built right there. The tour really let's you know you're getting what you're paying for.

Very happy with my new safe. Always answered my inquires, custom built for my needs. Even let me change dimensions of container after ordering! Delivered with care, Very cool, got to choose my color of container, hardware, pin striping, and custom logo. Zero interest financing, Many interior options. colors shelving lighting. I looked at a lot of safes, and companies. I even quit and decided not to get one, before I found a youtube video on Homeland Safes. If you are going to buy a safe why not get a real one?

Construction: Excellent fit and finish. Tolerances rival if not exceed most of the high end safe manufactures. Production time: Outstanding. Projected 4 weeks and delivered and installed in two.
