We have had our SEI system since 1998. They have been excellent with monitoring and updates. Gino Cervantes came to correct an issue and did a marvelous job of explaining our options and how he would resolve the issue. He understands what he is doing and explains it well to technical numbskulls. We appreciate his knowledge. He is very pleasant to work with.

Great service and security monitoring. Exterior cameras are not-functional. Consistently lose connection to Wi-Fi after multiple tech calls. Will unfortunately have to find alternative solutions elsewhere. Wired camera price was far too expensive. 3 cameras for $2K+ after a buy back portion of the existing Wi-Fi cameras. Outside that, 5 stars.

My first customer service representative was very friendly and very helpful and transferred me right away to where I needed help. The second lady I talked to must have had a bad day, she was very rude and very sarcastic towards me. How can you work customer service and be on the phone with customers and talk back to them like they're stupid when I genuinely have no idea how to work the security equipment.
To put the cherry on top, not only did she say she can't do anything about it, She hung up the phone on me didn't even say goodbye or even ask if I had any other questions and kept "huffing" after everything I was trying to explain! I don't leave reviews like this but after this experience I'm genuinely not satisfied with her. SEI is a great company and great products/services but the whole customer service representative part not so much. (Not saying all of SEI customer support is bad, just from my personal experience from the lady who represented sei's customer support)

Francisco did a great job! He explained the necessary updates, as well as, answering our questions about adding video cameras & a video doorbell (SkyBell). He was also VERY tidy! He had to relocate our cellular panel & he did such a good job at cleaning up I couldn't even tell he had been here. Thank you! This is just one example of why we've been SEI customers for almost 25 years.
