Hopefully you never need any service from these guys. Access system from ESS has been down since Monday, following up with them they won't be able to come out till next Thursday. Pretty long service times for a security company. Update: They finally told us they could get someone out next day. Don't know why it was so difficult, but a win is a win

VERY Poor service! ESS installed security cameras in the buildings at the condo complex I live at. The time and dates have been off on the cameras since install and we have not been able to get them to come back and reset them since install. Over 6 months of asking for a return service visit with no success.
