12/07/2018 I had an emergency - locked out of my house tonight at 6pm. After making 9 phone calls to various locksmiths and empty promises, Russell called me back and sent out Joe who was an angel in disguise. He made my worse nightmare end by unlocking my door and my Yorkies were happy to see I was actually HOME and not just parked in the driveway. THANK YOU FOR BEING COURTEOUS AND CARING in a situation that can be very stressful not only to a homeowner, but also pets.

I just experienced the worst customer service ever. I brought in a door lock from an old house trailer I'm restoring. Showed the lock to the counter help asking if I could get a key made and get it cleaned and working. She said we might be able to get a key made but we won't clean it. I wonder our loud if they wanted to work on it. 'Not really' was the answer. I took my lock.

Very happy with the prompt, friendly service. For three key locks changed, one dead bolt added and 6 keys cut was $209. Showed up on time and cleaned up the mess. After calling a competitor, My Lock Doc, I was so disgusted by the hang ups when trying to setup an appt., trying to speak with a call center in Chicago (which sounds like I was talking in a barrel) and their guy was 1 1/2 hours late to the agreed appt I cancelled with them and I called Russell's. Boy am I glad! My husband and I were very, very pleased!
