MRJ Security

Difficult to get a hold of unless you say it's an emergency. When I talked with them about canceling services because I had moved they said they would handle it. The company that they contract through continued to charge my account for 5 additional months after I talked with MRJ. After talking with their contracted alarm services (Alarm Connections), I was given the instruction of how to cancel and they still continued to charge my account for 2 months after. Will not use again.

No customer service. We have called & emailed for weeks but no one ever gets back to us.

Honor what they promise; and stop ignoring and lying to customers and keeping their money for no reason

I'm not one to leave reviews. But in this case, MRJ Security LLC definitely deserves a positive review for their commitment to extraordinary customer service. When I call in, no matter who I speak with, they are always courtesy and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure my questions are answered. But what I love most is just how they make me feel.

They really make me feel important, that my business means something and is special to them. And the results they've delivered be are well beyond what they promised in the beginning. As a said, I'm not one to leave reviews for any company, good or bad. But, I had to leave this one as I'm just so happy with my results and the service I've received. OUTSTANDING company to work with! I just can't highly recommend enough.

MRJ Security is trustworthy, hard working, helpful, very knowledgeable, and very great at what they do. They have been in business many years and know what they are doing! They use all the top notch products. I love that they do security and fire. Highly recommend them for all your security and fire alarm needs.

No customer service at all! I've been calling and leaving messages, for months, 3 or more, and never got an answer or call back. Emergency or non emergency, no one is ever there to help me with my needs. In many occasions, i had to leave what i was doing to go back home to deal with the equipment myself. Should you care about your customers better, or should i give my money to someone else?

MRJ security is the best company around. After speaking with many security companies, both local and national, it was clear that MRJ was the company to go with. They have provided outstanding service, always quick to answer phone calls and emails. They also provide smart home automation. I would highly recommend them.

After meeting with Robert from MRJ any questions I had regarding security for my home and business were answered! He's very knowledgeable about his field of work. I was also impressed with the range of products MRJ offers, not just your "standard" security box on the wall.

These guys are the best ever. They respond quickly to even the silliest questions (and I've had plenty), they come out almost immediately for service calls and their prices are unbeatable. I can't recommend them highly enough.
