Our building got hit by lightning. Adam from Ban-koe came out and said cpu was fried and we'd need a new fire panel as it was no longer being monitored. We ordered a new one. Adam and Henry came to install the new panel and then found some of the modules for the monitoring units were also bad. So, they proceeded to start changing those. They also had to remark most of the units like RTU's, smokes and others as the wires were never marked from the beginning.
It was almost like a new installation. It was starting to get busy at our location and the ladders would be in the way for our customers. They came back the next day to finish. Took most the day as there's a second building on the same panel. So, they got done and had to call our security service to make sure they were able to read the panel. And no matter how long it took to get the security company to own up to being able to read the panel, as it wasn't pretty, between the long hold times and the hang-ups, Adam kept at it till it was done.
