Excellent service. We have used custom alarm for years. They alarmed our home when we were young for security and our peace of mind particularly when traveling and working. When we retired and we're boating and on the go they helped too! We downsized and have used cameras in the home for Alzheimer's partner with caregivers and an app on my phone so I could have peace of mind that all was well at home while shopping etc.
Recently I had a small stroke so now reinstalled system so my children can check on me and I can wear a watch that I if I need assistance I just push a button for help in an emergency.

I have had great experience with Custom Alarm for both my business and now personal security. The system is so convenient once it is all set up and allows me to monitor everything I need from my phone, computer, or the panel. The customer service has also been exceptional from the initial quote, walk through and install. The installers were very professional and made sure to leave everything clean and tidy as well as made sure everything was working properly and I knew how to do everything before they left.
