Nighthawk Alarm Services

Have used this Alarm Company for over 15 years. Service has been fine and bill has been on auto pay. Planning to move in 2 weeks and notifying all my service providers. PGE, water and garbage all pleasant and easy to work with. Nighthawk is requiring a 30 day notice to close my account. I asked for some consideration for being a long term customer. Nope! Hmmm. how do all the other companies manage to close your account with 2 weeks notice? It is not customer friendly and feels like a money grab.

Connor is the best. He now has installed an alarm for a home and business of ours. He is through, detailed oriented, works efficiently, and is extremely knowledgably. Highly recommend NightHawk and be sure to ask for Connor!

We have been happy customers of Nighthawk for over a dozen years and have never regretted our decision to choose them over the other options out there. We especially love that they are local, and can offer that extra attention that the "big guys" can't match. Case in point, we had a little issue with our carpet installer accidentally slicing a wire. Conner was here in less than a 1/2 hour to make the needed repair.

While here, we decided to have him reroute the wiring so that it never becomes an issue again in the future. He was friendly, competent, professional, and quick to "make it right". We are thrilled with the new layout, and really appreciate that he took the time to listen to our concerns and find a solution. Basically, Conner is our hero! If only we could rate him/them with 10 stars.but we are only given 5 to work with, so 5 it is! You will receive excellent service on site, as well as great customer service, and be able to rest easily by choosing Nighthawk for your home security needs.

We got our alarm system installed today and wow. They have excellent communication skills with regards to the appointment and planning they were here right on time. The installer was very knowledgeable and did a Excellent job after arriving right on time. From the moment I called the company and talk to a live person right away I was impressed. I did a lot of Internet shopping for the right company and I believe I found it.

We've had an old obsolete alarm system here for over 25 years so I know a good an alarm system and install when I see it. Security is one of our top priorities and I can't say enough for this company and its employees. When we are impressed with a company we leave positive feedback because it's not that easy to find good vendors in this broken world. We recently switched alarm services from a large national company to Nighthawk. Conner walked me through all the options, gave great recommendations, and was incredibly thorough during installation and setup. Conner encountered some unexpected wiring surprises with our old system, but was able to successfully work around the problems. He spent a full 9 hours at my house getting things up and running, and was unfailingly kind, polite, and friendly with my family.

When I call the service line, I always speak with the same person, who remembers my name and address. Hopefully we will not have an emergency here any time soon, but I feel that we are in much better hands than we were before. Thank you!

Yet again Conner (Nighthawk) provided excellent service. He also went out of his way to help me understand the different aspects of the system - landline and cellular options. I have been very happy with their service since I began using them over 10 years ago.

I am new to Nighthawk, but so far the system works and the customer service has been outstanding. The original estimator Shawn really knew his stuff and was not pushy, so it was easy to decide this was the right company to go with. Pricing was very straightforward and I did not feel like there were any hidden costs or tricks. Connor came out to do the installation a few weeks later and did an excellent job!

Cable management is something I am very particular about, and I was originally hesitant on a hardwired system for this reason, but the way Connor hooked everything up is a work of art. I admire it every time I come home. Very clean and no tangles! I would highly recommend Nighthawk to others.

An unreasonable amount of paperwork required to cancel service, especially if the subscriber passed away. Took more documentation than canceling credit cards. With all of the other things people need to take care of when someone passes away, an alarm company continuing to bill you even after you've notified them of the passing is the last thing I'd except from a company that proudly displays it's Christianity on their forms.

We've been with Nighthawk for several years and their service has been outstanding. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the NW Oregon service area. Our service is a home alarm system. Any time it's gone off, they've been quick to respond. In our little town, our police are contracted from different areas, which have changed over the years. Nighthawk always knows who is best to contact and that's a major benefit of local monitoring.

Any time our alarm has gone off, it's been a "false alarm" but Nighthawk always has taken it seriously and followed protocol each time to ensure it was truly false. If you're looking for an alarm system or monitoring company, I'd look no further.

I have been a customer of Nighthawk for so long I'd have to go look it up, at least 10 plus years. There are multiple things that are great about the company. First, they are truly local and you never have to deal with a unintuitive robot that you just want to kill by the time you get to 12 levels of prompts. You call, they answer, very sweet. Second, they do what they say they will do and are very responsive to any questions you may have.

I have had several upgrades and changes to my system and they have always been responsive and helpful. I'm a technical guy so some of the things I've wanted have been "tell me how" sort of questions and they never try to "put you off" and deny info. They are up on current technology and can supply whatever you want. Third, their rates are comparable to any of the big insensitive chains where you wind up going to a big call center somewhere else, maybe even out of the country.

The times that there has been an alarm, they respond very quickly and will tell you what zone and for how long or the number of triggers they have seen. Lastly, they are just flat out friendly. After a lot of years calling them cause you are making changes you almost start to think of them as friends, they actually get to a point where they know your voice and you know theirs. Old school service that is almost impossible to find anymore. Do not hesitate if you need an alarm system and monitoring.

We've used Nighthawk security for over 10 years now, in 2 different homes, and they are awesome. My favorite part about the company is that they are local, and a REAL person answers the phone when you call, as opposed to being greeted by a "phone tree, " as is the case with many of the larger alarm companies. We've had several false alarms (dog set off the alarm, wind blew the back door open, etc), and each time, Nighthawk has responded in an immediate, professional and helpful manner.

Their installers know what they are doing, and don't leave a mess--hard to find these days. I've recommended Nighthawk to several friends and family members, and they've all been very happy with their experience.
