Amanda from Encore had some techs come in to help with some deficiencies that we had. Couldn't find our Panel Program so Mark and the team helped track it down from the original vendor. Brian Cabral and Vaughn Buckley installed the fire suppression / fire alarm at our 2416 cranberry Highway flagship gas station. This was a very high profile and important project for us as it was our first "Nouria" branded gas station. The support from Andrew Nitschke, Brain and Vaughn was exceptional. There were times the crew needed to get there early, work late to accommodate different trades they did this without hesitation and maintained a positive get it done attitude. Andrew, Brian and Vaughn along with all the other great employees Encore employees keep up the great work.

I recently started working with Business Executive Kristen Nolan and she was very professional. She took the time to visit every property and provided competitive quotes. She also made several recommendations on how Encore could streamline the services instead of having to coordinate different vendors. These guys deliver. No matter what the problem is, if it's fire related, they have you covered. The technicians that come on site are polite and respectful. And if they don't have the part or information you need with them they get it immediately.

Encore installed sprinklers, alarms, smoke detectors, and CO2 detectors in my multi -family home. I was impressed with their work and really appreciated them taking the time to walk me through everything. They were in contact and attentive through the entire process, and they did a great job of being respectful of my tenants, as well as my living space. For any fire suppression related work going forward, i will be using Encore.
