Don't go there to get work done, management is very argumentative and hostile. I would go anywhere else before here. Unless you like to argue about why you want what you want. I can't count how many times I've been in there watching their manager argue with people. I would goto the one on dort hwy over Miller rd.

I took my vehicle to get automatic start on my vehicle Around March. To my surprise I had just found out that my car had already come with an OEM remote start when I purchased the vehicle at the dealership. I know they had to of known that something else was already programmed for it and they installed it anyway to get their money out of it. And they won't return it because it's been past 30 days. (By 2 weeks) So I just got screwed out of 300 bucks

After hearing great reviews about them I decided to get my cars windows tinted here. Making the appointment was nice and easy and they were all friendly. Until i got my car back it had spots all around it, very noticable which is understandable tint cannot be perfect. However I was not happy and was going to pay for them to do it again. Before i could even offee the man told me i got what i paid for and there was nothing He could do and basically dismissed me. This was after I tried to call 7 times to make another appointment only to have no one answer the phone. Terrible customer service will not go back.

Wanted to get a remote start out in they were having a sale. The sign said $179.00 installed I go to pay and the guy says $310. I ask him why do high he says the 179.00 is only the unit not the install, so I pointed out to him that is said $179.00 installed. He then tell me the guy who made the signs did it wrong and they have not fixed it. The thing is every price tag sale or not in that store says installed. Vary shady way to do business. Will not be returning.

Showed up at opening time, so early in fact Matthew forgot to unlock the door LOL Took a little longer than expected but I got a beautiful Kenwood stereo with wireless Apple CarPlay installed in my 2016 Subaru legacy 2.5 I, and remote start! Everything fit in and looks great, Matthew showed me how everything worked and I was on my way. High praise the customer lounge was comfortable no complaints! I will be back.

I wish I could leave 0 stars to be honest. My mother came in with a problem pertaining to her car alarm system. The bald guy said he'd be able to fix it, he ripped something out of the car, and it wasn't fixed. After a day or two, my mother went back to confront them and the manager I assume, again bald guy, was very rude and started raising his voice at my mother.
This guy started coming at me after I told him to not yell at my mother. Very condescending guy. Very unprofessional. He tried and tried to argue with my mother even when she was trying to leave. I've never been so disappointed in a business before.

I crossed this place off my list. I went in looking a make a purchase and I knew what I wanted and what I wanted wasn't a thousand dollar stereo system wrapped around a dash cam. It was like pulling teeth to get the salesman to show me a basic model. When he did it was very over priced. When I objected to the price he became argumentive and aggressive. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Window tinting and remote starter installation - I called them this morning at 9:30am, had my vehicle there by 10:15am. They were calling me at 12:15pm to tell me that my vehicle was all set and ready. 2 hours DONE! Quality job. Awesome staff. Total satisfaction. They even placed bright reminder stickers on my window buttons to continuiously remind me not to roll down my windows as the tint sets up and dries.
What an ingenious idea. That's why they've been in business as long as they have. Way to go Dukes, keep up the good work. I am going to have them install my stereo, amp, and speakers this summer as well. See ya then!

Terrible experience! Brought in our car, showed them all the brand new, in-the-box components we wanted installed. Given an estimate for 1 day and $850. Had our car for three days, did an incomplete install (didnt tell us that) and charged us over the estimate. We foolishly paid before checking everything out. Found components still in the trunk when we got home. Called the next morning and were told they couldn't figure out part of it, but that we could buy one of their components and pay more labor and they could make it work.
We are out $1000 between their bill and car rental and they won't do a thing. We now have to save to take it to someone else to complete. If they didnt have the skills to do the install, they should have let us know. Instead, they tried for 3 days, did what they could, and basically said "well, we tried". They even had the audacity to tell us we got "a deal" on the labor since it took so long (to try to figure out how to do it. Since it didn't come with a good manual and they had to find instructions online). Total BS.
