Petitbon Alarm Company started in my kitchen in Crofton, Maryland, with my wife and I listening to a sales pitch from my college roommate. He was trying to sell us an alarm system, and after hearing his explanation, something clicked. I convinced my wife that we could start our own business using this model and help families at the same time by providing the peace of a mind of a security system. We sold 5 alarms in 1991, and my wife told me we were heading to the poor house! We kept the faith and pushed forward.

Amazing Service Everyone from the sales department, install technicians and service technicians have been incredibly professional, reliable, timely and personable. Our new security system is superior to previous system---alarm box is perfectly organized as opposed to the jumble of wires that was there. Stronger glass breaks with minimal profile and when the technician was here he repositioned one of the sensors so we could finally put our screen back in.
Service is affordable and we are getting a lot more bang for our buck. Super happy with everything--all of the alarm controls are on my phone and so are the cameras. Thank you Petitbon!

Petition did an excellent job of explaining what I needed as well as offering me advice to help make my kids feel safer. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I asked a lot of questions and they were very prompt, friendly and receptive. I would absolutely go with them rather than the larger companies to get a more customizable system.

Great company! A home alarm system is a small price to pay for peace of mind, and Petitbon was there to help! We found everyone to be very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. After first calling Petitbon, they set up an in-home appointment to give me an estimate. Most alarm companies did not want to use any of the contacts and wiring from my existing alarm and wanted to redo the entire system. Petitbon had no problem incorporating the existing installed system which really kept the cost down. After getting the quote, they set up an installation date in less then a week.
On the day of the installation, they ran into a few contacts that didn't work, however they didn't miss a beat and didn't charge me for any replacements. When was the last time you heard that. The installation took half the predicted time they had anticipated and when they left there was not a speck of dust anywhere. A few hours after the installation I got a warning on the system and they had a tech back at my house in 30 minutes.
Their after the sale response is the best part. Any questions I've had were answered immediately and they told me if I couldn't master the answer they would send someone over to show me how to use the system. I only wish they sold other things like appliances or furniture because their customer service is unlike anything I've seen in 10 years. Do you think I would use them again. Take a guess. Ron
