We accidentally got locked out of our house on a Sunday. We called a bunch of places but hesitated to call here because they were showing as closed. They answered and were able to dispatch a locksmith within an hour. The gentleman tried very hard to get us in with minimal damage. Awesome job! Service: Building lockouts

Terrible service. We've been having the same issue with the same center in window forever for months. I have asked to have the sensor replace multiple times and all they want to do is adjust the sensitivity, which is not working. I've asked for a different alternative in another area of the building and put in a motion sensor, which they keep telling me they'll get to in a week or two but never come out.
When I call and ask them on the phone about it, I'm told that they're not going to do anything else in anywhere else in the building until they resolve the first issue. Problem is they're not resolving the first issue.

My husband accidentally locked our car keys in the trunk of the car after a brief stop on our way up to Raleigh for a concert. San Lee Security was the only place around available on a Saturday afternoon and even changed his ETA from several hours to about 20 minutes to help ensure we made it to our concert. Excellent service, reasonably priced, and absolutely saved our day!

Locked my keys in my 02 ranger tried everything I could to get in ( - breaking the window) so I called San Lee Security to come unlock my truck and I couldn't believe how fast they got there to unlock my truck and no joke the guy was done in less then 3 minutes! I would recommend San Lee Security to anyone needing lock out services.

I've had service with them personally for many years, also the business that I've worked at has used them, and I now use them for our business as well as my personal stuff, including my mothers house.
