International Precast Inc. has over 25 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of custom engineered precast concrete. The International Precast sales office and manufacturing plant are located in Siler City, North Carolina. Our state of the art precast manufacturing facilities make us uniquely suited to manufacture any custom precast product regardless of the complexity or size of the project. The entire precast process is performed in house; from design to fabrication, to delivery and installation.
These custom engineered precast concrete foundation pads can also be used for many other applications. Custom designed mechanical and electrical equipment can be installed in our precast concrete buildings for any application. International offers HYBRID precast concrete wall panels that can be Architectural, structural and incorporate UL or GSA level of Physical Security as well as a fire resistant rating.
We significantly exceed the national standard for concrete mixing by controlling all aspects of this process. All raw materials are stored in climate-controlled bays. Our state of the art planetary mixing machine is CNC controlled which allows for unlimited custom design mixes. Our casting beds are thermostatically controlled for ideal curing time.
We offer a large variety of product options when it comes to the manufacturing of our columbarium niches. Columbaria are an important aspect of any cemetery and we are here to provide the highest quality product from start to finish. Wanting to add some excitement to the accounts receivable side of your ledger? Being paid in a reasonable amount of time got you down? Then this bunch of transplanted bottom feeders should fit the bill quite nicely. Slow pay, No pay, collection letters, small claims court is just a small listing of the fun that is included with nearly every load. Ask any local. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because negative stars aren't but should be a thing.
