Dan and his team did a fantastic job installing our home theater system. I was looking for more of a "budget" price point, and Dan was great advising me on various equipment (e.g., projectors, speakers) that would fit my budget, and which I could purchase myself. Dan did the rest, and we absolutely love it.

Dan was very professional when I reached out about our wifi issues. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and then he came in one visit to install some eero's to enhance our wifi. Dan and his son did an amazing job helping me improve my finished basement. From the get-go Dan was quick to respond to messages and transparent in what would be done and costs involved. My project (projector and screen mounting) was relatively simple compared to other work he does but he treated my small project like a big budget project. Their work was outstanding and I look forward to using them again.

My project involved replacing a 70" wall mounted TV with a new 85" and providing and programing a new remote that controlled 5 devices and a surround sound system. I found Custom Automation Technologies on line. Dan (owner) took my call and set an installation date. The install and programing went very smoothly. The most impressive activity involved repositioning the wall bracket and assuring the structural integrity. Dan and crew were very conscientious. Programing the new remote to control some of the older devices proved to be challenging but Dan and crew were up to the task! I highly recommend Custom Automation Technologies, they are professional, courteous and respectful of your property.

Dan and his team are fantastic! We have used CAT for multiple installations in our home, and we could not be more pleased. They found and installed the perfect TVs, speakers suite, and streaming devices for our newly finished basement. They also helped us update our home sound system to include streaming capability. Dan was fabulous! He studied our ten year old system that was not working properly and came up with a practical, low cost solution utilizing most of the older components. He reprogrammed the old remote we were familiar with so the learning curve was a breeze. He was on-time, neat and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

We used Dan (after reviewing several other contractors) to install our high end custom home theater in Spring 2013. I was very impressed with his technical depth of the operations of the various components; especially the screens and audio equipment. Once we reached a contract, he was very thorough in following through with commitments and gave us regular updates.
We have used him since for maintenance and updates. Most recently, he came in and replaced the bulb in our projector; he is efficient, courteous, trustworthy and very professional.
