I'm offering this review as an employee of Ernie's Auto Service in Zion, IL. We first contacted Eyes On You after hours and left a message with an expectation of a follow up call the next morning. To our surprise within minutes we received a call back and had an appointment set up with in days. The gentleman that has been involved in their sales team has been nothing but professional.
He spoke with the owner of our business listened to our concerns of what our needs were and walked our property giving his input and recommendations. He was honest with his quote and explained each item that we had questions on. A day later he followed up with us to thank us for the opportunity and to answer any questions that had come up. Not sooner after we also received a thank you note in the mail.
This was a gesture we very much appreciated since this too is a practice we engage in as well. Eyes on You gave us our space to make our decision, but also wanted to make sure we knew they were there for any questions or concerns. When another face to face meeting was requested, they made sure to again be prompt and patient when reviewing the details and explained the benefits of each item recommended.
A time was set up to have the equipment installed, and took about as long as anticipated. The sales team was here on site as well. Time was set aside to make sure we understood how the equipment worked, and any further questions were answered. Everything explained was explained in such a way that could be understood, we never felt we were given technical jargon.
Any questions we have had since have been quickly answered. Our company would recommend Eyes on You, in fact we have to another local business. Their professionalism has been appreciated.
