Once again, it was Ace to the rescue! I had a final walk-through yesterday morning in Medfield, and the evening prior, the cleaners locked the door from the house to the garage. I had the garage code and the garage door opener. The buyers had an early closing and the moving trucks had arrived. One call, and John arrived in less than 10 minutes! What started out as a stressful morning for the buyers turned into a nice experience, the closing was not delayed, and the movers were able to start unloading immediately.
Thank you Pete for always taking the call, and John for coming so quickly! You were wonderful and saved the day! We Realtors in the area should all have you on speed dial! I wouldn't call anyone else. Ace has come to the rescue numerous times in my 20+ years selling real estate - they are reliable, speedy and quite reasonable! The best!

Locked myself out of my apartment. . Called Ace and within 5 minutes a locksmith called and about 5-10 mins later showed up. Opened the door in about 20 seconds (so much for a security door lock). Locksmith was really friendly and skilled. Made what could have been a really bad and stressful day and turned it into a funny story.

Great! My Honda CRV key broke away from the key fob. I could put it back and it worked, but was not stable. I called the dealer and they quoted me a price of $74.+ for the key and $120 to program it! A piece of plastic broke. That was all. I called Ace. He said come down and in 10 minutes I had a new key and he told me to keep the old one in case I should lock my keys in the car . That is a real possibility. It cost me $25.00. I was thrilled. The shop is easily located, clean and very organized. Thank you.

This business is fantastic. I worked with Mark earlier today. Came out to help me get back into my house. Gave me an honest price over the phone and gave same price when he got to my house - which unfortunately is not the same for all locksmiths. Mark was very trustworthy, friendly, professional, and good! I turned to him to save from getting ripped off by another locksmith I found earlier in the day.
