Our builder used Crown Security to install a Fire Alarm System (monitored) when we remodeled our barn to use for special events. They had to come in last minute since our builder left out the fire alarm system initially. We found out during our "final inspection" a fire alarm system was required and had to scramble to get a system installed. Crown came through for us and saved the day.

I don't know exactly how much it cost since the builder paid Crown. We pay $50 per month for cell monitoring service. Everyone we dealt with at Crown was courteous and professional. The guys who ran the wires and did most of the install were very hard-working.

Except for the DVR, Crown did a great job installing my alarm system. They were unable to get my security camera DVR working properly. After months of back and forth, I still can not reliable access it remotely or save a video file from it.

This is a nice little family-owned business that always gives me good service. They handle the fire warning system for our commercial building, and the security system for my dental office. A technician is always just a phone call away, even after hours, to guide security system owners through problems.

Terrible service, they never completed the install even though we paid for it. Would not respond to multiple contact attempts to resolve the issue. I would never use them again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.
