I spoke with Tony at Vallance Sec. regarding requesting repair for some equipment that i have onsite. Unfortunately Vallance did not service the brand of equipment that we have employed here, but he went way out of his way to assist me with getting in contact with a different vendor who could take care of our needs. I'm extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received from Vallance Security, and would recommend them to anyone who values good customer service these days. Keep up the good work!
