While not currently a Global customer (nor that of any other Alarm/Monitoring company), in the past when using their service, I was always completely satisfied with their customer service, affordability, and the way they make all of their customers feel just as important as the next. When I am in need of another Alarm system they will be who I call!

We have had Global Alarm as our provider for many years. They are always there to answer questions and troubleshoot any issues we may have. These are some of the best folks anywhere around here to deal with on home protection. They use the most current equipment available and they are also available if you should need them which means a lot these days. It is a good feeling knowing that they are monitoring our home at all times. They are a family owned business and there is no doubt at all about being able to trust any of their people. We have used their service for about 7 years and are totally satisfied.

I hate to write negative reviews but this company is one I could NOT recommend to anyone. This review would be extremely long if I wrote out every issue I have experienced with them over 2 years. I even had a fire inspector from Tyler write a notice based on how their repair crew did a poor job. It took several phone calls until the owner physically came out and witness what his crew was doing. I wish I could say that was a turning point but it only got worse from there. This is based on their invoicing, repairs, response time and ultimately their customer service.
