Ordered a product from them. Waited for WEEKS with no update. Emailed multiple times, no reply. I called them and the reply was "we'll get back to you today". Do you think they called back? No product, no refund, no answers. Didn't get a refund till I opened a case on PayPal. Sketchy company, to say the least.

They did a fantastic job! First off, they gave me a quote quickly, when other companies took their time, and they even worked our project in quickly because we waited until the last minute! They ran into some difficulties with the install, and they were very solution focused and even came back on multiple days to make sure the system was working properly. I'm a project manager / field tech from Tampa and was on an access control and intrusion project in Houston and i saw that was running behind as the dead line was getting closer and closer. I called around and found Nexlar. So i called to see if the could help out. On the next day they had 2 guys work the entire weekend and they were great. Very friendly and very professional. Paid close attention to the details and exceeded my expectations. For the people that know me in Tampa its something that i rarely say about another company or other technicians. I would highly recommend this company.
