I got locked out of my apartment, and they arrived in 15 to 20 minutes, and got my door open within two minutes. The locksmith was kind and professional, and even gave me a lockbox to keep a spare key in. I am only giving 4 stars though due to their price($90 for my lockout). I would still highly recommend.

Unbelievable over the top great customer service! I bought a safe from them in 2017. Last week the keypad stopped responding and I called them for service. I never thought there was any way it would be still under warranty but they called the company and got it covered for me free of charge! I couldn't be happier with their service, honestly and professionalism. I'll be a customer for life!

My place was broken into and my deadbolt was completely destroyed. I called this company based on a neighbor's recommendation, around 5:30pm, and explained that I needed my door re-secured quickly, and they were on scene in 30 minutes and new lock installed. I love good customer service. That's what I got here I made a call to see if I could get a remote key programed for my Lexus I was told someone would have to call me back. Within 5 minutes I got a call from Mike Unfortunately they couldn't do it. I have to have the dealer do it, but, what honesty. They didn't lead me on. How nice

I had this old safe and no one could figure out how to get me a new combination for it. Someone locked it with the door open and full access to the back of the door. Others had come and opened it up but said they did not know what the old combo was or how to re-set it. Until I call Koons and they sent out their safe specialist. Mike Bulleit came out and in less then 20 mins I had been told all about the history of my safe but I got to pick my new combo and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Thank you Mike and Koons your the best.
