I founded Denalect Alarm over 50 years ago. We are a local, independent company providing helpful service for the security needs of businesses and residents of Northern California. I guarantee you that Denalect will quickly and courteously respond to your safety and security needs. We're one of the few companies that provide live, friendly operator service 24 hours a day. Our headquarters in Walnut Creek house our company operations including system design, customer service, installation, monitoring and business operations.
Services
If you're an existing Denalect customer and you have questions regarding your system, our Service Department is available and on-call 24 hours a day at (800) 273-2680 or (925) 935-2680. If you're a prospective Denalect customer, you will need to contact our Business Office at (925) 932-2211 before we can provide service or repair service.
1. Enter in your Code, this will silence the bell. 2. Before resetting the smoke detectors, check each one and note which one(s) have a steady red light on. Our service technician will need this information. When arming the system, if a zone (i.e. a door or window) is open, you can bypass that zone on the keypad.

My house had no system installed while tenants occupied the house. I called Denalect from a word of mouth referral to install a new wireless alarm system. I'm not living there yet. Awaiting renovation. While my house is empty I want it secure. Denalect sent Chris and Seth out to install the system. They were extremely kind and courteous. I'm a disabled senior and they were kind enough to help me into my house and into my wheelchair.

Thank you Chris and Seth. Denalect gets my recommendation hands down. They go over and above to help get the job done. I'm thankful my house is secure going forward. Thank you Denalect.

I came to pick up a new battery for my alarm system. They had it exactly what I needed. Very friendly customer service and it only took a couple minutes to pick up my battery. The price was very reasonable compared to other retailers. I was very satisfied.

We inherited Denalect when we purchased our home 5 years ago. We have always been pleased by their comparable rates and local, friendly service. Recently we chose to upgrade the whole home system as it was 20 years old. We now have Bosch controls, App-friendly controls for the phone and are very up to date. The installers (Dave and Matt) were fantastic.

They were here for almost a whole day and worked their butts off upgrading our whole home system. And they were nice enough to put up with our barking K9 and made friends! Great guys and a job well done. We always like to "go local" when we can and Denalect is a great choice!

A good friend used Denalect, and she signed up with them because her neighbor, a policeman, used Denalect. I have been with Denalect for 7 years. This has been my first and only alarm company, so I cannot compare, but I've been very happy with them. When I hear of the stories friends have about their alarm company, I'm glad I have Denalect. Denalect answers my phone calls quickly.

And I get a phone call right away when the alarm goes off. I haven't had any false alarms; the times the alarm went off were from friends who had a key but no alarm code, and they entered when the alarm was on. And one time workers were repiping the house and all their soldering set off the fire alarm. I'm very pleased with Denalect.

I have had Denalect for many many years and have always had the Best service. If I have any problems they are right there to answer my questions and help fix my problems. I trust thirst company over any other alarm company and highly recommend them. In fact I have recommended them to multiple people who have also used them over the years for both commercial and residential applications.
