What a FANTASTIC Company and team, especially Jim, Dave and Allison! Signed up for a personal alert system for my mother in law, as it turned out before the install she had to spend a few nights in the hospital. Called Jim for a " last minute" install appointment on her hospital discharge day and wouldn't you know it her discharge was delayed 4 hours. Called to reschedule and even being off for the holidays Jim took my call at home and arranged a next day install! THANK YOU JIM AND ALL for our family peace of mind. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Dave, the install tech was professional and easy going, making my mother in law feel at ease with the device. You couldn't ask for more than an employee that treats customers like they are HIS OWN MOTHER!

Purchased a camera system for my office. After the initial sales meeting we received no training and resistance to help us learn the system. The install team helped answer some questions but we later found that the system was new and SAH was still learning it. We've had trouble with zoom, recording and printing. The video quality isn't close to what we were sold. Would not recommend.
