Our technician Sam was prompt with the installation and explained our new system thoroughly. We also appreciated his help assisting us with the mobile app. What I was most impressed with was Sam's willingness to speak to us after hours regarding questions and concerns. Highly recommended Yarnell! From the consultation to installation, we hired the best!

Can't say enough about the service. Vincent appeared at our door at 8:00 as scheduled. He was very efficient, checking out our alarm system along with giving me an education regarding how the system works. He repaired a loose motion sensor and reinstalled a door sensor that I was not able to attach to our new front door, explaining how I should have reinstalled it.

From start to finish - Yarnell Security guys are great! They offer and install great quality product as well. Sam was at our home for two days and he was excellent to deal with. Great personality, very professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. When one of our keypads malfunctioned, Sam did not hesitate to make another 45 minute trip to our home right away and take care of it. Yarnell takes ownership of their product and services. We give them 5 stars and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a security system.

We are extremely pleased with the service from Yarnell Security Systems. A few years ago we had an alarm system installed and this summer we had cameras installed. Wes is great at explaining everything and all our options. The camera installation crew was fabulous to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job and we are very satisfied.

A great experience when Mr. Vince D. updated our Security System. He was thorough, knowledgeable, polite and very patient with me while I set up the TC app and arming and disarming the system from my iPhone. Yarnell is fortunate to have him for an employee. Good customer service seems to have gone by the wayside. He gets 5 out of 5 stars!

I have used Yarnell Security in my home & my business for many years. I have absolutely no complaints. Well actually I did have one several months ago, called Wes Geib, who immediately looked into it & Yarnell fixed the problem the VERY SAME DAY! Couldn't believe it! They have been a great company, worked with me thru several upgrades at my request, and I feel that I am in good hands.
