I punched in the wrong code to turn off alarm before entry, and was overwhelmingly surprised at the lightning fast response, in under 30 seconds, through a phone call to my husband and myself. The system was installed late last year by Joe and his crew. They are 5 star professionals. I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in a AAA plus security system.

It includes carbon monoxide and water monitoring. We have not had any significant issues except replacing aging mechanical parts. The service is always responsive and prompt. The service charges have remained very reasonable over the years.
