I went to get my fire extinguisher checked and they were very fast and got me in and out in no time!

We dragged our feet on installing a security system in our company for some time because of the perceived cost associated with it. I didn't realize that we spend more money on Culligan Water in a month that what it costs to secure our building. I've been very impressed with the service and the peace-of-mind security we have gained from installing the system. I would highly recommend.

General Fire and Safety has been our service provider for our senior living community for several years. We have always had great customer service but most recently, they have gone above and beyond! I've called twice in a month, both in a panic because of faulty smoke detectors causing major issues in my building. They recognized the severity of the situation and came out immediately both times to fix the issues. Their friendly, efficient techs had everything up and running in no time. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you for all you do to keep our residents safe!

General fire has been my fire-safety go to choice for a long time now. They can take care of it all Sprinkler back flows/ annual's, Alarm's, and extinguisher's. They always make it super easy when needing anything done at a property. Simple call takes less than a minute to schedule the work. There is advanced planning and notification and the techs are always equipped. They have helped me out at 3 in the morning a few times. If you need anything fire safety this place is it!

We needed a great security camera installed for our business and they were on the spot. Quick installation and very competitive pricing.

We replaced the company that used to service our paint booths with General Fire due to them billing us for services they didn't do. General fire has done a great job and works around our schedule to not innterupt our paint painters. We had a failure of a fuseable link they installed a few weeks ago causing the dry chemical system to discharge in the night and they had their guys out immediately the next morning.

Once they found the problem and determined it was a faulty part they installed they had a restoration company come help with clean up and their insurance reimbursed us promptly for all of our expenses and down time. RJ (the owner) even called to apologize for the situation and make sure they were doing a good job of getting us back up and running. I have been completely satisfied and commend RJ and his team for top notch customer service!
