For over 20 years, Eagle Sentry has been my go-to company for all my home security needs. This past weekend, I had a reoccurring problem that has been plaguing my home. From the moment you call Eagle Sentry, everyone is always professional and very courteous BUT I really wanted to share about the technician I had visit my home, Blair. He was just exceptional.

He provided me with such great service. You can tell that he has a knowledge base that only comes with years of experience. Where others came before and could not fix the problem, he was able to diagnose it right away. We now have an action plan for repair. Thank you, Blair, and thank you Eagle Sentry. Today, George completed a striker plate installation. He came into the office to explain that a striker plate for another door with a key fob system was loose. He tightened and added additional screws to secure the striker plate. We also noticed the exterior camera was not working. We asked George, he inspected the cameras in the roof, and the camera was back up and running in very little time. George is extremely polite and treats his customers with the utmost respect.

He is incredibly kind, genuine, professional and smart. He is always providing educated solutions and looks out for his customer's best interest. It is always a pleasure working with George!

Just built a new home and they absolutely went way above and beyond to get us fully set up including everything from internet, to security cams, to our alarm system. The workers were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable, fast/hardworking, and kind. Our internet provider recently also had an outage, and the team (even though it was NOT their fault), came to my house just to make sure everything was still running smoothly and to ensure I was back online as soon as possible. I cannot recommend Eagle Sentry enough!

I have been a customer of Eagle Sentry for more than a year when they took over and upgraded a system installed by another alarm company several years ago. Update: Anyone can have a bad day. My initial contact as previously noted didn't go well. There was an attempt by the owner Cory to contact me to rectify the complaint but I did not respond. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. As I was closing in on the deadline to convert my ATT Digital life to Brinks, I emailed Eagle Sentry again for an estimate. Cory immediately had the COO Trent contact me.

Both were extremely apologetic for the initial miscommunication and provided me with a proposal that was better than any of the national alarm firms. I agreed and scheduled my security alarm, camera and network install. The technicians that arrived were professional, polite, knowledgeable and followed Covid precautions. The install did take a little longer than expected because of a manufacturer defective unit which took awhile to troubleshoot.

Ultimately my system is up and running flawlessly. I'm glad I decided to go with a local professional company. As a prior Brinks customer you couldn't have paid me to give them my business. Eagle Sentry is definitely focused on customer service and I highly recommend them for your professional alarm, surveillance and network needs. I would ask for the technician Christian if you can. He's a master.

We just built a new home and there was an option to have a home security system installed while building that included perimeter monitoring, keypad, and service contract. There were a couple of different packages available but the design center folks aren't alarm specialists so I reached out directly to the provider to ask some questions. Quick response - someone called me back within like an hour. Roy answered all of my questions and helped me select the best package for my budget and even provided recommendations like going ahead with camera prewire even if I didn't plan for camera system.

He said this would prevent cutting and patching holes if wires needed to be run later. About 2 months passed and I received a call from their office. They wanted to ask about my plans so they could identify the best termination point for wiring. It's new home construction, they could've just put it where they wanted / where it normally goes and I wouldn't have known any better.

I thought it was really nice that they asked to make sure I had what I wanted and needed. Now we're in the new home and ready for activation, and of course I decided I wanted cameras. Roy provided multiple quotes, details about differences and recommendations so I could feel confident in the purchase. Quick question, not a problem. I sent him an email and he would call back within minutes.

Now it's installation day. I had an appointment that was for arrival window between 12 and 2. They called at 11:30 to let me know they we're running late and would arrive by 1. Ummmm. This is smack in the middle of the arrival window provided. That doesn't really qualify as late. I received an email and a text a little while later that my tech Steve was on his way and included his name and photo - again ensuring our safety.

I guess the company takes safety and property protection pretty seriously. I told him not to worry about the little bootie covers to protect the floor. It's tile, it gets dusty. He insisted on wearing them because it's required. A little later another email arrived that Christian was coming to assist the installation. Another picture and another guy wearing booties.

They took great care to check everything. Inside the closet, the wires were zip-tied and attached to wall - labeled, organized, and neat. The cameras are all redirected to get the best view. The next day a representative from the office called. They wanted to be sure that te very thing was completed satisfactory and ask if the guys wore their protective gear. So would I recommend these guys? Absolutely.

Called yesterday at 8:30 am to get a quote on a camera/security system. Told no one was available in sales and they would call me back. Three hours later I called again. Left on hold 10 minutes and I hung up. Not the kind of service I want from a security company. Looking elsewhere to replace my ATT DigitalLife system.

James Moulton from Eagle Sentry got us set up with our system in our new home. He was extremely friendly, showed up on time, was in and out quickly, and gave a very user-friendly tutorial on how to operate our system. Lots of useful tips to make sure the system worked the way we want it to. And when I asked about camera systems and upgrades, he provided extremely helpful information without being salesy or pushy. Will and Marco were -PROFESSIONAL -PATIENT -VERY RESPONSIVE Great attention to detail. They left everything super neat and tidy, organized. Trent, aka "the boss" reacted to my brother's and my loss of our older brother, last summer, by putting us on his calendar immediately since we flew back home (WA) the next day. He sent Jose and Shaun who patiently babysat me and my younger brother (he's only 69) through the how to's of the system. they spent hours at my brother's home setting things up and asking what would work best for us. Sentry allowed a neighbor friend of my brother's to be the 1st contact so any alerts would be to someone next door, not to us up here in WA.Trent checked in with me often to be sure things were as they needed to be. Trent billed me way too little for such kid glove care.

We felt comfortable that things were being watched in our absence. Thank you Trent and Jose and Shaun and Eagle Sentry for all your help and care. you don't act like a business, you treated us like family. Eric and Karl.

I am happy to update my past review of Eagle Sentry. Immediately after my critical review posted, I was contacted by Trent, who I believe is the owner of the company. He could not have been more apologetic regarding his companies service. He assured me that if I would reconsider and return to Eagle Sentry they would extend the same excellent service that I had been used to in my past dealings with the company.

I am now truly happy to be back with this locally owned company. I also truly commend not only Trent, but Roy Heaton as well for their commitment to true customer satisfaction. Glad to be back!

Had some issue with my entire home automation system, so I called Eagle Sentry and was super glad I called them first! Very next day I was greeted by William from Eagle Sentry, He explained my issues that I was having with my system and had everything running alot smoother. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Originally I had work done under a different manager with this company. Had some issues at my house and the last manager did not take care of it. Contacted Eagle century a few months later and the business owner contacted me right away. He addressed all of the issues and concerns I had with the work I paid for I appreciate them getting it taken care of and being very professional about the situation.

Not only did they come out and take care of the work but also brought out brand new equipment 3 place the equipment they installed about 8 months ago or so. Thank you guys. Outstanding job.

The entire crew at Eagle Sentry are absolutely fabulous! I've had them out a few times. Even had a situation happen that shows the true test of how a company handles something like that and I can't say enough about how well that situation was handled. Coming from a background of customer service myself, the entire crew is absolutely a 5 star! The security system itself is also 5 star! So easy to manage as well. I just dropped ADT off a cliff. Huge difference!

Teddy came over to help with some technical difficulties we were having with our cameras and the app and he was AWESOME! He actually taught us so much more then we expected and was super knowledgeable. My parents are horrible with technology (), but Teddy was super patient and was so good at teaching them how to operate and trouble shoot everything.

Simply put. In my past, I've Directed 5 Star Resorts, Hotels & Casinos in San Diego and Las Vegas. So when I tell you from a customer service standpoint, I have expectations. JAMES and ZACK were the consummate professionals. Too much to write examples but they understand CUSTOMER RETENTION better than most. Thank you, men! Keep up the great work. Lastly, TRENT a 5 Star COO who was involved multiple times to help problem solve the technicians. I called him today to thank him for his company culture and the alarm system is the finest I've had. Called Eagle to get a quote and information on getting a camera system I bought installed. The guy on the phone was super helpful and spent about 30 minutes talking to me, asking questions and giving me as best he could an idea of what it would take to install the cameras in my house. He told me $95 an hour on the phone for the job and that if everything would be ideal in the install conditions, it would be in the neighborhood of $1500 and worst case was about $3000.

He said they had to come check it out and sent someone the next week. The guy who came out was also great, and seemed to know his stuff. Spent about 30 minutes checking out my house, wiring etc. Told me it was pretty much ideal and it would take 2 guys a full day plus a few hours the next day to set everything up and configure the cameras. He told me $125 an hour, but when I mentioned the $95 I was first told, he said that it was probably quoted to get the business.

He said I would get an estimate in my email that night. I got the estimate later, and it was for $125 an hour for 20 hours plus a couple hundred in materials. Nearly $2700. I called the next day and inquired about this and figured it was an error. I was ready to book the job but at the first hourly rate. I spoke to the first guy again, and he told me that $125 an hour is for "retrofit" and $95 is for "install." This made no sense since they were installing a camera system and the guy who came out told me the set up at my house was nearly ideal and it matched the hours the first guy estimated if it was ideal.

Basically it came down to if they sold me a camera system, they charged $95 an hour but since I had my own, it was $125 an hour. He kept telling me to let him know if they could do anything, and I told them flat out, I was going to book the job but not at $125 an hour. The guy refused to budge so I told him I would shop the job. So after calling 2 more companies, one of which came out and never sent me an estimate as promised (Safe and Secure), I went with In The Sky.

They came out, took a look, gave me a quote, then sent me an estimate which matched the quote. They came out and got the job done in 6 hours and did a very nice job. Very professional execution and it cost $1035. I guess I should thank Eagle since I was ready to pay them $2000, but by refusing to take the work at the hourly rate they quoted me, they saved me another $1000.

Guess they must be swamped with jobs to walk a full day job for 2 guys. They get 3 stars because they did talk to me extensively on the phone and were friendly and knowledgeable seeming both on phone and in person. They honestly had the job locked up, because I was not even going to shop it until they tried to jack up the price even more than their already high price. Lets be honest.$125 an hour? Even $95 is high, but come on. Again, they saved me a bunch of money and in the end, the job was done really well by another company so I am pleased.

I've been living in Las Vegas for seven years I own multiple properties with very sophisticated alarm systems camera systems and TV audio stereo and IT systems I have been suffering for the past 6 1/2 years to find a reputable reliable and honest company to work on all my systems less than one year ago I met the owner and he recommended that I try his company next time I had a problem six months ago I had a system failure on one of my properties when it came to my Crestron system which is very complicated and expensive and they were able to come in and diagnose and fix the problem in one day and the charge was very reasonable considering I asked for an emergency response.

Recently I had a major failure of a very expensive piece of equipment in my Crestron system this part retails for about $10-$15,000 they immediately came in diagnosed the problem told me that under normal circumstances a lot of their competitors would only replace this part leading to about a $20,000 repair because of programming. But they gave me the option to send the part back to the manufacture to be refurbished which I did I was without my system for a week I got it back they installed it it is very complicated everything works perfectly I received my bill $1700.

Which is phenomenal considering the cost of the system and this one particular part in general. I cannot stress how much I recommend these people they are awesome they're very professional their equipment is top-of-the-line A very professionally run organization you will feel it and see it from the get-go.

I am more than impressed with Eagle Sentry and all the team I worked with! From the start with Blake (sales), my inquiry was responded to within 24 hours and Blake was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We set up a home visit within a couple of days and he was on time and professional. He gave me some options on how to upgrade my home audio while integrating some equipment I already had.

Within another 24 hours I received a bid with three different options, all very reasonably priced. Once selected we scheduled an install date. The initial installer was Jose and he was right on time, professional, friendly and thorough. He installed everything he could within one day and then I had a couple of other guys (Alex was one) come and finish the following day. EVERY time someone was scheduled I received a phone call to make sure the time worked for me, and a text and email for each technician showing their photo, a bio, that they were on their way and when they would arrive. I've never seen a company do that before and was super impressed.

And going the extra distance. I had to run out while they were working and left my pantry open. My dog go in there and got ahold of some chocolate! Alex called me right away because he knew that isn't good for dogs.what great customer service! I highly recommend Eagle Sentry to anyone!

We had an amazing experience with Eagle Sentry! My husband and I were in search of a company that could hang our TV above our fireplace, we were told by other companies it was not going to be possible. Eagle Sentry made it happen! Just had our new system installed yesterday and am so pleased we chose to have it done by Eagle Sentry. From start to finish they professionally handled each detail down to the visit and follow up. Roy our sales executive handled my inquiries promptly and thoroughly. Price of the system was very comparable (I had several estimates from service providers).

The install team not only installed the system with integrity they asked quality questions and made sure the install impact to our business was minimal. Roy brought over the team, introduced us and left us to the business at hand. When the install team left they cleaned up after themselves and made sure I fully understood how to utilize the equipment and services we purchased. They were incredible and professional.
