Moved into town home in Summerlin. Had an alarm system with no manual. Called Safe and Secure alarm company. Talked with Jeannette and told her problem, she took info and said they would call me so I could talk with a technician. Received a call from John security tech. He walked me through procedure so I could program alarm. Customer service at it's finest. If I ever need their service I will call them and recommend them to our friends.

We just had a 7 camera security system installed in our house. I highly recommend this company to all. Brian the salesperson was a pleasure to work with and came by to verify we were completely satisfied. Had an excellent experience with Safe and Secure Alarms and Video that spared me an incredible amount of stress. Even though my camera system was installed years ago by a friend of mine, John didn't hesitate in offering to get it running right when I called out of the blue panicky that my cameras were down, and was willing to spend a lot of time with me to identify the problem and solve it.

In my experience, many in this field don't want to touch systems they haven't installed. I regret that I did not know him when I had the system installed initially, but will definitely use his company to maintain it and to overhaul my security system. He is very friendly and easy to talk to, and I highly recommend Safe and Secure Alarms for any and all security and surveillance needs!

I had no idea how to make the house that I lived in safe. So I reached out for help. Safe and Secure contacted me. I knew about the Ring doorbell but, nothing else. The 2 gentlemen I worked with were Jeff and Brian. Jeff showed me where the cameras would be placed and the cost. Brian brought John, and completed the installation. These men made the whole process for me easy. Their friendly mannerism allowed me to feel confident that they knew what they were doing. The company's name, speaks for it's self, Safe and Secure.

First, I want to Thank the Staff I worked directly with to complete my system to include John/Manager, Aindrea/Office Coordinator, Brian/CS & Sales, and Mike and Jaime the fantastic technicians who did a great job! From the initial quote to installation to teaching this older gal to make sure things were running smooth, I couldn't be happier with their service and I even recommended them to a friend who had their security system installed the next week and they too were very happy with the service.

I think what I like most of all is the fantastic customer service--they ALL take the time to answer all of your questions and make you feel like you are part of the family. It takes a good company like this to know their worth, but to make the customer feel like they are #1 is priceless!
