Sentry Security-Invstgtn LP

I was having huge issues with homeless at my businesses, everything from panhandling, trash, setting up camp to even going the bathroom where ever them wanted to, including directly if front the doors. I called around and spoke to a few companies but after speaking with these guys I felt like they could help. After having them for a dew months now I have to say I made the right decision! While there are still the occasional issues with some trash the rest of the problems are all but gone.

They are great at what they do, I was having issues with theft at my business overnight. After a call to them and talking about options they provided me with a solution that stopped the thefts. Would recommend them to anyone.

One of the best company's I have ever worked for. Its not often that you find a security company with low turn over and competitive wages

I've been with the company for quite sometime. Majority of the employees have two or more years with the company. Everyone in the office from the admin. assistant to the owner are very professional. Great company to work for.

No communication owner is very self centered most of the guards sleep while there needed on many of occasions every shift I went and switched guys had same trouble but was scared to say anything due to maybe repercussions I guess, dispatcher is rude and very unprofessional the captain is way over board and super power trip and as the review above for the owner to only answer that it is a small company is why they don't have benefits as he listed was very unprofessional response you don't have to be A huge global company or been college grad to get a 401k plan or direct deposit haha also what a great response for some one looking to make a future out of this company wow which only further proves as a response of that nature shows the poor professionalism he reflects as a owner I wish this company all the luck for there future!

I worked for this company for a year and a half. I am going to give an objective oppinion on this company (san antonio). Let me start with the good points, You will never be cheated on your paycheck. Although if you are not working thursday night you will have to hunt it down after midnight.the pay rate is on point. No objection there. And the local supervisors are good people who know a good officer when they see one. Sentry has some good sites and some bad ones.

Which is no fault of their own. I enjoyed working the main site that I was assigned to. Now let me bring up the bad parts.the main office in austin has some bad seeds. I took flak every time I called the office with a simple question ( such as scheduling) or anything else I had an issue with. The constant disrespect wore me down over the 18 months that I worked there and eventually caused me to quit the company.

I am a human being and deserve to be treated with respect, especially when I ask a simple question. Not the case with this group. They will shout you down and claim (insubordination!) if you dare say anything. Don't even dare to call dispatch and ask what your schedule is for the following week if you don't want an earfull. You will be treated as a sub-human peeon.

After a year and a half of the abuse I decided to walk away. And it's a shame because I enjoyed working the site I was on before I was taken off for no reason. And furthermore, I can tell by the owners previous response that he doesn't give a hoot about the good people that work for him.that is all
