Normally it will. Ask if your VOIP provider if your phone system can have a "Analog Dial Tone Out", That is what your alarm panel needs to work. First Call monitoring and put your system on TEST for an hour. Next Arm your system and go outside and wait for 2 Min. Now enter like a Burglar would and do not turn off the alarm until it is in full alarm, and is sounding. Just ask the monitor that answers the phone to please get Ronny or Kevin for you and they will connect you.
