We've been a customer of Advanced Alarm's for 18 years now and look forward to continuing the relationship with the purchase of our new home. Even though our new house already has a system installed by a different company, I wouldn't even think twice about switching over. Highly recommend! I just got a new alarm. The pro series is awesome! The customer service from the beginning Lindsay was very pleasant. Jay and Gina in service are very helpful and work around my schedule which is super convenient. Sales person Jason was very pleasant and knowledgeable and works around your schedule. I had a question for the sales person and Robert in sales helped out when Jason was out. Technician Rob was professional and knowledgeable. Rob thought outside the box in the install. He taught me and my wife how to change batteries. Everyone goes above and beyond the call. A plus customer service! Thanks Advanced Alarm for making my family safe!

My wife & I had the pleasure of having one of your technicians, Noe come to our new home for a service call. We were both amazed by both his knowledge and his efforts to make us happy with our new system. Not only did he trouble shoot and repair the faulty wiring issue, but he also took the time to explain the system. As he was about to leave, I mentioned that I had difficulty pairing my SkyBell door bell.
He immediately went to the doorbell and gave us step by step instructions to properly pair it to my WiFi. Then took the time to explain how it operates. Just an outstanding experience. Dan & Sue S

We have had Advanced Alarm as our security system provider for years and it has always been a pleasure to work with the staff at this business. Yesterday we had an issue with our home technology. I called because I know they install home theaters and thought they may have insight into our problem. Eric arrived and was able to assess the situation, fix the problen and everything works better than when he started! Advanced Alarm is THE BEST!

Advanced Alarm is amazing! We went through Advanced Alarm for our new home security and audio needs. In addition to installing a state of the art alarm system, Advanced Alarm also installed our Sonos Sound System and helped mount our TVs to the walls. We'd highly recommend them for your security and audio visual home needs. Jason, our Sales Rep. was amazing and easy to work with.
