I'm not kidding when I say these people are the best at what they do. Super professional and friendly, I'll make the drive to come to this store any day of the week because of their great service.

Adam was in Friday and saved us again. He always does a great job and went beyond for me before. Jeremy and Josh as well. I always get great service and consistently good service call response times. I operate a very athletic destination and ELS is my go to.

I had a unique key that needed duplication. They were able to cut me working keys when no other box store locations could.

I came in to get a mail box key copied that other stores couldn't get done. He was done with the job extremely fast. I took the key home and it worked. I should have came here first apparently.

Englewood Lock and Key provides excellent service from the Receptionist to the Locksmith that arrives to solve problems. Adam was able to solve decades of lock concerns in our 97 year old house from locks about 15 and 25 years old to an inside original handle. He understood exactly what was going wrong, explained everything in detail and worked hard to solve the multiple problems that we had with our locks and handles.

It is a pleasure to have doors and locks that work smoothly now. Englewood Lock and Key is the only company that I would trust with our lock problems and would highly recommend their company to others.

I broke my car key but had both pieces and they were able to make me a new one from from those alone. I'm sure it's different depending on how the key broke, but I was expecting to have to pay a locksmith a few hundred to come out and make a new key. This cost me $8 and everyone working here was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back here for any future key needs. Love supporting a small business!

Customer service was exceptional. I had locked myself out of my home. Englewood lock and key responded within 20 minutes to get my day back on track.

Great place very helpful people I couldn't find anyone to figure out what key went to this certain lock I had and they did pretty quickly. They cut keys, reset locks, re-key locks and pretty much anything that deals with locking mechanisms.

I've had multiple keys with chips inside made by Junior. The service has always been quick. Junior has also come out my house in Clarence in stall new locking door knows. Have used the company for over 15 years. Very professional.

Brought in a key to be copied that you can't get elsewhere and they had it. Was done quickly and efficiently. Staff is nice and helpful. They have a lot of interesting things to see in the store. Prices are reasonable. We've been going here for years and it is always done well and is convenient.

We had an issue with the lock on our travel trailer door. The key stopped working and the deadbolt was in the locked position. Kirk was able to remove the cylinder and pry the door open. Very helpful and very reasonable. We would definitely return to this shop for future lock issues.

We had Adam from Englewood Lock and Key to assist us with a walk in vault door combination. The vault is 120 years old! Adam called to inform me he was on his way, arrived on time as scheduled. Was well equipped and although unfamiliar with this age of combination lock, he immediately recognized what he needed to do to obtain the original combination.

He performed the work very quickly and professionally. We now have a working, lockable vault that hasn't been used in 40-50 years! Adam was very thorough in explaining the use of the combination and general maintenance. The cost was very reasonable and look forward to working with Adam and Englewood Lock and Safe in the future (if needed).

Came in today for some key duplications last minute. They were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out with 6 new keys in about 5 minutes. Lovely people and great customer service. Thank you!

I recently bought a townhouse and there was no key for my front security door. I saw a neighbor having her door worked on by a gentleman, so I walked up to him and asked if he'd have a look after finishing. He politely agreed. He accessed the situation, discussed options and costs with me and gave me his card and suggested I call and set-up an appointment, which I promptly did.

I was treated courteously and efficiently by the person who answered the phone. I apologize for not getting her name. She saw that there was a cancellation for the next morning so we arranged the work order for 9A. Tom called to let me know he was on his way and when he got here, he again accessed the situation and gave me the best (cost-efficient) option and he went to work.

Guys, I really love Phil. He has changed all the doorknobs and locks on one house, and re-keyed a second home for me. He is: 1) Honest 2) Friendly 3) Fast 4) On time 5) Clean 6) Good at his job Now, I'm sure there are plenty of folks who work at this family run business who are great. I just had a perfect experience with Phil so he's who I request when I need something done.

This company also does safe installation as well. They have a showroom and are incredibly knowledgeable about all of their products. I highly recommend using them if you ever are in need of any of these services.

Fair prices, easy installation. Would definitely recommend them to help educate you, sell and install safes.

Technician Tom showed up on time in a blizzard and spent a lot of effort trying to fix my outdated and jammed Mortise front door entry lock. It is part of a specially ordered Victorian door set and he returned to measure the lock box when I contacted the original vendor for information. He definitely went above and beyond the average service call and he will be "my guy" to call when I need help again.

Phil from this company was at our home and he fixed 3 locks for us. Price was right, service was on time and well done. We first used this company when we tried to get a key copied. After trying 3 other locations, Englewood got it done. Likewise, the company did another great job for us today. Effective on getting the locks fixed, price more than reasonable.

Update: I had received a voice mail from Tom, the owner, about my experience. He wanted to get my key that was taken back to me, asked to see either in person or via pictures the damage to my door, and was just concerned about my experience. I called back twice to the main store and left messages but had not heard back. I recently received my spare key in the mail with a kind note and good faith gesture from Tom. Good, caring, customer service goes a long way in my book.

Not everyone and every experience can be perfect, but extra kudos to those who try to understand and sometimes help to remedy or alleviate it, especially in the service industry. I am attaching a picture of my door not to disparage, but I don't know how otherwise to get it to Tom since he asked. Changing from 2 to 4 stars since good customer service deserves credit.

Brought in a safe that we lost the key to and the batteries for the combo lock were dead. They Opened it in a minute and was far cheaper than other locksmiths we contacted.

These guys/gals know what they've doing. They're the only ones I trust, after failures at other, closer locksmiths (keys that don't work after several tries, grumpy service, inability to copy many keys). Today they outdid themselves. My wife's purse was stolen in a drive-by snatch. Englewood Lock & Safe took all of a half hour to arrive to change our house locks. Affordably, too. We'll be consulting with them to beef up home security.

Had 4 keys made off but they weren't cut deep enough, took them to Dire's to get them fixed. I was skeptical the guy at Englewood lock and key cut them pretty fast, seemed like he ran them through only one time. It's a good hike from Downtown to Englewood but I trusted the reviews on here hoping to get the keys made right the first time. I guess you can't trust all reviews.

Your Locksmith Steve is a Gentleman! My Mom who is 92 was getting her haircut at The Color lounge. She was having problems getting her walker into her car. Steve came over and helped Mom. Then proceeded to follow her her back home to make sure she got in safe. I have deleted any other locksmiths telephone numbers form my contacts. You will always be my go to locksmith. This is the type service I always remember here in Denver in the past which has unfortunately gone to the side. Thank you for your kind consideration.

They will get the job done but at a steep price. I my case it was cheaper to get a whole new lock.

I was referred to Englewood Lock and Safe by Fay Myer's Motorcycle dealership as I was looking to get copies made to my Suzuki DRZ400SM. Most places that cut keys in the Denver metro don't carry motorcycle blanks, so I had to do some calling around. My particular bike has two keys that are needed, one for the ignition, and the other for the steering column.

The ignition key is pretty common for places that do carry motorcycle blanks. The steering column key is rare for everyone. Steve managed to find both blanks and made copies. My new ignition key worked fine. My steering column original key was already a bit damaged though and it took Steve a few tries to get a working copy. He came with me to my bike and manually smoothed things out with a file to get a perfectly working copy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone looking for key help to come check these guys out. I drove down from downtown Denver.

We just used Englewood Lock and Key to rekey our offices and I am so impressed with their customer service. Scheduling the appointment was easy and pleasant. Adam, our installer, called when he was on his way and had everything switched out for us and new keys made in under 30 minutes. He was also very friendly and helpful. Helpful and friendly and fast. I've started coming here to get copies of my properties keys and have never had problems. Nominal pricing for excellent service. Nothing worse than getting keys copied and the keys don't work! This place guarantees their workmanship and will fix anything if you let them know. I'm a regular here on a first name basis. Haha
