Please don't waste your money on any products or services with this company. I've had nothing but trouble out of their DVR's. I've bought 3 and all are junk! They are very rude when you call for service. Worst experience I've ever received. I would give them negative stars if I could. Save your money!

I own pawn stores in Arizona and New Mexico and my company has been purchasing systems from 123CCTV for the last 5 years. I have found their support to be very knowledgeable and quick. I do most of my communications by email, and I get a reply within 30 minutes. Their Sony cameras are very good resolution compared to cheap stuff I sometimes buy on Amazon or Costco. If you need quality cameras and design consultation, I have found 123CCTV's products and service to be a perfect fit for my business's needs.

Horrific and a depressing waste of money! I bought a lot of merchandise from this company because I didn't know better. I wish I would have done more research. They have now been black listed from over 55+ companies because of their business practices. They will be as nice as possible when you call to order but if you have any questions or issues then you become their enemy and they will be as evasive and rude as possible.
Their prices are high, they outsource their material and they will treat you poorly post sale. No matter what they post on their fake reviews, they are horrific as a business. Trust me on this one and don't take the chance! There are companies all over the nation that do this sort of work but be forewarned on this one!

Bought two IP NVR with 16 cameras each for my restaurants from 123-cctv. Sam and Ray were extremely helpful choosing the system that best matched my needs. I was just going to order online what I thought was best however I decided to call and I'm glad I did! Sam and Ray are very knowledgeable and I am very glad I didn't buy an off the shelf system from Costco. They also went above and beyond customer support when it came to setting up the cameras and helped with my network. I highly recommended these guys. You will not regret it!

I bought a system for my business 6 years ago and came back to buy another one in 2014 to upgrade the old one to HD cameras. These guys rock, and they know what they are talking about. I have never been misled in to buying things I don't need, and their tech support team is awesome. It's hard to find an honest company these days. Thanks again.

We bought a $400 setup. Just before the warranty was up, the Sony camera failed. I spoke to a gentleman who issued me an RMA number, so far so good. "But it'll take a little longer to get back because of the Chinese new year." Alright, no problem. Fast forward five months, our camera still hadn't returned. I call the place back, give them all the numbers they ask for, "Oh yeah it should be there within two weeks." Two MONTHS pass and I make yet another call to 123-CCTV.
This time the gentleman could find no record of anything I purchased. "Someone will call you back." That was nearly two years ago, and we've heard nothing at all. A lot of crimes have gone unrecorded since then. Very shady place. Will be doing business with a more reputable seller next time.

I bought the 8 dome camera system vandal proof 700tvl with night vision. everything arrived promptly and i began installing my system. my greatest problem was running the cables thru the attic of my auto repair shop everything else was easy plug and play. the support at 123 cctv was very helpful and responsive when i needed advise. i would buy another system from them for the great customer service and great prices.
