Had a free consultation performed at my house. Very nice gentleman named Mark, i explained to him my concerns about my valuables being stolen, i showed him my security weak points in my home, he drew up plans and we talked about cameras and monitoring and had a good experience. I was ready to purchase. He said hed get back with an estimate within "a few days".
Mark never emailed and estimate (not in my spam folder either), or called, or stopped by or texted or mailed a letter, or anything. Just left me hanging. After 2 weeks of having such a bad experience i went to a more expensive competitor. I really liked that guy. No follow up means no customers.

There Alarm service is great so if you're a new customer looking for service they can set you up they have a real professional team that responds in a timely manner to any of your issues, However the Security side needs improvement You either work for them or you don't, your not allowed to pursue other opportunities to better yourself if you have no life go ahead and apply, just remember your personal time is also their time, I gave two weeks notice and my employment was terminated the next day I had no issues that a was aware of and over all the job was not unreasonable I just needed to pursue better opportunities to support my family.

One of the worst companies. I got hired there and was let go a week later because i told them my wife was going into labor and couldnt come in to my shift. I went in a month later to get a printout i needed and the front desk lady told me she sent in the mail and why i decided to come to the office. No professionalism or courtesy. If they cant use and abuse you they dont need you. 0 stars if i could!

We have been using Central Alarm for many years; time for a way past due review! They are a local company that uses current electronics including wireless. The company stays on top of new innovations and demands. We have always had exceptional 24 hour service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. We have a full service plan and wouldn't do it any other way.
Their response times are very fast! We also had smoke/ fire alarms installed and now have complete piece of mind. They have an alarm dispatch center that is amazing, I have toured it. Many years with this company and never had any problems. They are both commercial and residential.

So poor, 2 weeks later from an existing working digital system. All I needed was an update sensor. And I wanted to do it with a Local company. Don't let that be a deciding factor. 2 technicians Later, a supervisor on the phone and my once working digital System is incapacitated. The tech actually left with the old sim Cards, a non active alarm in three areas of my property.
And said he didn't know How to do it. With an upstairs and downstairs panel to activate and deactivate, he forgot the upstairs and left it completely not working. When the second tech came out, he said he's never worked on a two panel system. Really if you assessed the house, how could you miss it. Total incompetence. Simply you have two panels to alarm or disarm, not having to run downstairs. i have two panels already installed Totally bypassed that Panel. Alarm.com the monitoring system app for our Phone or iPad, now doesn't sync or read out, with them "tampering" With the set up, As the read out shows and after 6 hours by tech one, And tech 2, four hours it's not showing my lights, temp, in out access and that was $450.00 don't use, don't call. I'm so upset, I'm writing this first Thing in the morning. Horrible company.

Called In To get a quote for my home. I have to leave voicemail and wait for someone to get back to me. There's only 1 person working there or what? I couldn't have talked to someone else? If it's a big company then why only 1 person? I'm moving into my new home in 2 days I don't have time to wait. Got quotes from other companies on the spot, without having to wait.

I called on Monday, (11/27/17) morning the number on a Central Alarm van that I pass each morning. Someone promptly called me back- that someone was Raleigh. Raleigh left me a voice message and after a few days I contacted him and he came out the same day to evaluate my needs and help determine if my current system would be compatible with their services or if it would be more cost-effective to obtain an entirely new system. He took down my e-mail address and said he would be sending me some information soon- needless to say, I can't wait!

I was hesitant to get an Alarm system because I was afraid I would be coming down to my office several time a week to reset my alarm or meet the Police in the middle of night. I added lights, motion lights, barbed wire, chained the parking lot and put up no trespassing signs and still had several break ins at my business. I decided to call Central and have them install an alarm system that has motion cameras that send video stills live.
So they can look and determine if a cat set off the alarm or not and can reset it remotely. Since the install we have had 4-alarm trips and have caught and prosecuted all four times! Great system! These are great guys, my company has used them for building alarms, temporary construction project alarms and fire alarm installation and monitoring. We have always been really happy with their service and prices. They are local and do their own monitoring of alarms which I think is almost unheard of anymore. They recently finished a big project for us and everything went super smooth on their end. The rest of the project was a mess but all the alarm work couldn't of been better. I would talk to them about any of your alarm needs as these guys are true pros!

I have used Central Alarm for over 25 years in my business. We connected 6 locations and as technology evolved, we added security cameras to our largest location. The camera system eliminated the thefts in our construction yard and shoplifting in our stores. Central Alarm always performed when I needed them and the service and follow up is excellent.
