WARNING - Do not do business with Tucson Alarm if you have another choice. Tucson Alarm continues to increase price annually without increasing service. You must threaten to leave before they will give you a better price. WARNING! - they will charge you an additional month of service after you cancel - you must put it in writing (a phone call won't work).
Get this - they wanted to charge me an additional month at the new higher rate after I cancelled service. WARNING - if you do have an actual alarm and they respond - they will charge you extra. After 9 years of paying for "service" and monitoring they insisted on an additional month fee after cancelling. I really wish I had known that this is a big company that doesn't seem to care about customers or service. BTW - just send your monthly check to a location in another state and next year they will let you know where to send more.

Most dishonest company we dealt with during the 8 years we lived in the Tucson area. No home sale clause in their 3-year contract. New homeowners were told they would need to buy over $500 in new equipment for a home that was already fully covered and monitored. Stories changed based on which rep you spoke with when you called and we were told that the new homeowners are liars. Should have stayed with ADT. This company only cares about robbing customers when their main duty should be to protect customers from being robbed.
