This company is horrible and provides subpar service. I regret working with them. I attempted several times to get through to billing but everytime I called the girl who answered had to take a message. Billing never called me back even after leaving 4 messages. They refused to send me a copy of my contract, they refused to accept payment, and then sent my account to collections. It's as if they enjoyed knowing they could ruin people's credit. Steer clear.

All I can say these people are thieves! The sad part is that I pay my rent and should be able to park in my space without having to pay 100 dollars for things I have no control over. Karma is that I didn't have to come out of pocket to pay them desperate people my dealership did because they didn't send information to the DMV and I got a temp for 60 days.
That is the Society we live in people do anything for a dollar and to wear a big diamond ring and have a brand new car. Hope is that when they sleep at night they think how many people they hurt to get a dollar.

Tjis place is the worst place ever just out to make $100 the owners wife is a very unprofessional no people skills or customer service skills. Very rude we had called to get the boot off and she said she cant till after 730pm the next day this was at 630pm the same day she put the boot on the car called 10 min after she had left. She should not be working if they can do the job in a timely matter.
The way she talks to people like she is gods gift. Her husband is a very nice man. And should NOT have here working the fild. I will be call the News on these peopl. And making it known!

I did have ADT do an estimate. but I wanted to go with a local company. These guys were great in setting up my monitoring system and they are incredibly quick when the alarm does go off. I think their response time is faster than ADT but can't verify that. I believe I had a 2 year contract with them and did not need to cancel prior to that. I have been very satisfied with their performance.
