Their staff drives dangerously. Speeding and weaving through traffic. Imagine my surprise when I saw other reviews mentioning this. They drive like they have a sister company that does auto body work and they are trying to drum up business.

Outstanding company! I have dealt with many Fire Alarm companies and FAS is absolutely the best! The reason they are the best is because of their knowledge, service and people!

You can get a pretty solid understanding of a business by how their drivers are. When a company vehicle speeds by well over the speed limit to race and display road rage with another driver causing you to pull off the road so that they don't hit you is a pretty good indicator that their employees don't respect the company and work they do

Robert and Ryan came into our office and helped us set up not only our fire system, but were incredibly professional and great to work with. Give these guys a raise! They're so great!

I called this place to recharge my fire extinguisher. She told me they would either do that or trade it in. When I got there, I was told that throw it in the trash and buy a new one at Home Depot. Then, I searched if I could just trash it, and of course you cannot. I did find a company they will recharge my extinguisher. By appt only. Sounds more legit. There could be a reason this place only has 3 stars. Btw, it's okay to say idk when you don't know.

This company is not ethical. They tried to invoice us for services that were never rendered simply bc the last tenant used them. I get the assumptive close but sending an invoice is a bit much. It's like you moved into an apartment and the last tenant had dish cable so they try to charge you for the dish even though you never used and have your own service like Hulu

Fire Alarm Services is the best Fire Alarm Company in Denver. I am in Property Management. FAS is Timely, Great Quality and Staff, Very Knowledgeable, Detail Oriented, Great Follow Through, and simply the best. I would trust them with any project that we are doing!

Todd Heinz and FAS are simply the best in quality of workmanship - you WILL NOT find anyone with more integrity than this guy. Todd has more than 35 years experience in the field. In addition to all his expertise you get customer service with a smile and a great sense of humor. Once you do business with these guys you have support for your home and business.

Working in property management I have used several different fire alarm companies in the past but FAS was the first to impress me. Not only are they timely and efficient but they go above and beyond to make their customer happy. My property was overdue on back flow testing, and instead of making me jump through hoops FAS immediately contacted the water department and got an extension.

They also emailed me to let me know it was all taken care of. That small gesture made a huge impact as I already had a million things on my plate. FAS earned my stamp of approval and I would highly recommend them.
