Worst takeaway in hull uncooked food staff with an attitude and overcharging for simple things

Would be zero stars. Very rude and obnoxious staff. One member in particular that needs an attitude recalibration.

Had two parcels delivered for collection, first collected no issue, 2nd attempted collection at 5.50pm, waved away by shop keeper, telling me shop closes at 5.45pm! Well your Google website information states 6pm, my 4 year old was in tears as she was super excited to collect her new mini mouse watch, really wasn't Supernews.

Rude assistant. I was trying to send a parcel via the Yodel method which I had never done before. I explained this to the assistant. She very rudely said 'They won't take it if it's not sealed' ( I wasn't sure if they needed to scan the returns note before putting in the parcel so hadn't sealed it up) I asked if she had some sellotape she could let me use. Her reply was abrupt 'We don't sell it! ' No need. Very bad customer service!

The lady who works behind the counter with long brown hair in her 40s is very rude and obnoxious. I purchase some cigs and wasn't greeted with a smile more of a scowl. When leaving the store I said good bye she ignored me and carried on chatting to her friend. Like I wasn't worth the oxygen and effort. I walked away feeling really low abour myself Asif it was me who had done something wrong. Terrible customer service. Will never shop there again

2 pound scratch can of coke 97p chrage 3 pound coke clearly says 97p.say something and the price goes musing out of the frige.scam going on somewhere dont realy care about the 3p but its the principle

Terrible service, today was the second time I've been in here and all they do is stand and talk to their mates, I was trying to get served while she was stood talking, blocking the counter I eventually got served but left something behind because she was too busy talking to her mate where I should be getting served, having to lean over to pay and grab my stuff, useless staff, terrible service I was stood outside the door sorting my bags and she didn't shout me back saying I've left something, probably had it for herself. Dispicable.

The staff omg are soo depressed I feel depressed by the time I've been stood there half a hour waiting to be served. Not one member of staff even smiles. I laughed out loud today when I herd one of them had recieved a voucher or somthing for serving a customer right. I only use the shop because there ain't another one as soon as another opens up I'll be gone :

Poor service very rude staff I were the only customer in the shop as I approach the till to pay a man walks in 1 of 2 women on the till said to me can't serve you until I served him (what the hell he want even in the shop) he took ages getting drinks out of fridge then ordered 40 cigs and stood chatting with both staff members but still I not been served complaint Letter going to management
