I used ACS back in 2012. Its been quite awhile; however, I remember the great service back then. Nothing has changed! I called Kevin to set up an appointment and he responded vis email right away and was at my home within 2 days! I needed a few things updated and reprogrammed. What I was most appreciative about was he didn't recommend to me that I had to upgrade my whole system after all these years.

We set up a service call with "Chad". Chad was on time and disassembled many "older" cables and replaced them with upgraded HDMI and audio cables. Reprogrammed my universal remote and off he went! We used Advanced Communication Specialists for our central vacuum 8 years ago. We've had a few issues pop up over the years and Kevin (owner) has been so responsive and fair with replacement/fixing issues. They get back to you right away and on top of that are very friendly! One of our items was out of warranty, and I explained my frustration and Kevin called me back, empathized and made things right.

Susan, Kevin and their team were fast and efficient in coming out to assess my 4 bedroom home, recommend a structured wiring package for internet and cable. They installed all of the cabling and installed a central HUB in my basement that makes everything really convenient and tidy! Couldn't be happier.

Advanced Communication Specialists to the rescue! ACS took care of all of our installation needs during a major remodeling of our home last year. They have since been back to take care of various other projects. Most recently, they came to the rescue to troubleshoot and fix a Ring DoorBell installation that was not done properly by another vendor. Can't say enough good things about ACS.

We used ACS during the renovation of our lower level and were extremely pleased with the level of service we received. They took the time to understand our needs, made recommendations without overselling and ensured all of our expectations were met. My wife and I had the privilege of working with Advanced Communications Specialists ("ACS") on our newly constructed home. I say it was a "privilege" because we felt extremely fortunate to work with their wonderful team regarding the technological aspects of our home. Susan Keel and Kevin Smith went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint.

They were both very responsive and they made sure that every detail was covered. For example, Kevin mapped out the specifications for the somewhat complex mounting of our living room television in the stone fireplace, and Susan carefully curated our surround sound speakers and components to fit the design of our home. In addition, their expertise was vital regarding the installation and location design of security cameras, USB ports, and high-speed cabling in our home.

Their team worked seamlessly with our television and internet service providers as well. It is very important to get ACS involved early when you are designing your home so they can work with you on your communication needs before drywall is in place. Everything turned out wonderfully regarding our home, and we have the exceptional team at ACS to thank for that. I am so glad that we engaged ACS regarding our home.
