I am writing you this review in absolute gratitude for the superior service that your company has provided at every level, with installing a security system and camera's at my residence. To start, a former competitor is the individual who recommended Centec Security a few months back. He no longer worked in this industry, yet he thought so highly of your company to refer Centec Security as a good solid company to work with. Knowing that Centec Security has a focus on larger commercial clients, there was a concern that a residential customer like myself, might be too small of a fish in a really big pond to receive the exceptional service that your competitor conveyed about Centec Security.
With the initial phone call to Centec Security, Peggy was the first contact. It was nice to have a real person answer the phone, who was pleasant, and was able to direct me to a sales rep, Brandon, who coordinated to meet within days to assess the services your company could provide. Right from the start, Centec Security employees treated me like a high priority client. Brandon worked with me extensively to develop a security system that would meet my expectations. Brandon has been really responsive in following up with any concerns and inquiries, and with following through with fine tuning the security system and cameras now in place.
When Dave, the lead technician, and his colleague arrived (timely) for the installation, they were pleasant to work with, offered good recommendations on where to place the equipment, considerate with the wiring, and really competent with the work they performed. Brandon stopped out to make sure that the technicians were aware of any wiring issues he came across that he discovered during our initial meeting.
Nice that Centec has employees who are cross trained and experienced, especially one who was a tech for years, now in sales. Brandon is a sales rep who actually made promises that were kept, based on his prior experience and vast knowledge of products offered by Centec Security. When an issue came up with one of the cameras, Mark (service technician) was able to stop out within a few days to take a look at this, and fixed the camera on location.
Once again, Centec Security was responsive, and took care of the issue promptly. I decided to install one more additional camera for license plate recognition. Dave came back out, offered recommendations, installed the new camera, re-positioned a few cameras to fine tune the views, installed the exterior Siren alarm, swapped out a sensor, and addressed all of these tasks in the most pleasant and professional manner.
Once again, Brandon followed up to make sure all went well. It is so good to know that there is a high quality security company that is local to our area, which offers the latest technology, and superior service, and is versatile enough to offer these products and services to commercial clients as well as residential clients. On 3/26/19 at approx 4:45pm, driving north on hwy 164 in Pewaukee, one of your drivers was driving just inches away from a lady's bumper going 45mph. It freaked her out so much, she made a a left turn as soon as she could just to get away from him. He had to slam on his breaks and turn right to avoid hitting her. 15 seconds later he was riding the bumper of another car. If this were my employee I would fire this fool.
