Outerwear For Windows

We had an estimate this morning for a pull down shade for my carport, but the logistics didn't work the best for what I wanted. Corey (Estimator) was so honest concerning this fact, at the loss of a sale, that I had to leave an outstanding review. If possible, I hope to use them on another home project!

Cory, Carol and the installers are a perfect 10. Parts took a little longer then anticipated. We know where that problem was created. Thank you!

Called almost 2 weeks ago. They took my info. Next day someone called back for more detailed information and said a sales would contact me in 72 hours. It's been 240 + hours. No one has called. I assume they don't want our business. Sad way to run a business

Ok, first off, these guys are amazing and totally saved me! I bought a house and inherited nice but old shutters. I called the original people who installed them and they tried to overcharge me. I called another place and they came out and the installer didn't want to work on my shutter. His quote was "I don't want to inherit someone else's problems." So I did some more searching and found Outerware. Travis was amazing and patient with me.

He walked me thru some programming over the phone and quoted me a replacement motor for a dead shutter I had. The installers were very nice, professional and on time. They did great work and had the new motor in and all setup within an hour. And it was a 12 foot shutter! I am so grateful these guys exist and I am having them quote some new shutters for me.

I will totally use them again. Oh, I am not a friend or family of theirs. Just a new customer. And I would have called them sooner but since I am in North Phoenix they didn't originally come up in my search since they are out of Mesa.

Their programmers did a outstanding job I needed my exterior motorized blinds reprogrammed and they gave me a 3 hour window they showed up a little early very polite and did a great job and the price was very reasonable

Rich and his team has over 35 years of experience in window shades, zip screen system, security shutters, awnings, patio shades, and so much more! These guys are so helpful and take their time to explain everything. And a plus plus is they manufacture everything right here in Mesa. Love it, thanks Rich. Love it, thanks Rich.

John did a great job attending to what we wanted to order, and Steve and his crew were fantastic with the install, and we love our screen! The installation was very well done and the crew very professional. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional quality screen for their home.

Outstanding quality product. We wish we would have found Outerware for Windows years ago for our large 3 panel patio slider. Our entire experience was great from start to finish. I highly recommend that you reach out to Rich before you buy anywhere else.

After shopping several patio shade companies we chose OuterWare to install 3 shades on our patio. In comparison to all the other companies OuterWare by far has the best quality product. The installers Fernando and Jaun showed up at 630am and completed a 5 star installation. Being I am a retired contractor I am very critical of workmanship. These two installers did a flawless install in a timely manor.

Back to OuterWare they manufacture there product in house. To me that is very important because there is no finger pointing when it comes to warranty. Thank you Tom, Fernando and Jaun you guys are a great team. Jim and Sharon Herzberg

Quality materials & exceptional product. Everything was as expected. The team paid attention to detail and the installation was perfect. We couldn't be happier with our new roll up screen on our huge 3 panel slider onto the back patio. Do your self a favor, before you buy - give Rich a try. You will be glad that you did.

We live in a gated community and first saw the patio shades at a neighbor's party. We fell in love with the look and had six power shades installed two days ago. I was present and watched the crew install everything and I must say these guys are very professional. There were four guys and they were fun to watch and answered all my questions. I was concerned with seeing the wires supplying power but soon realized they were hiding all connections.

Very pleased with the overall look of installation. The screens look great and look forward to many years of use. I highly recommend Outerware for Windows if you're considering patio screens.

Very prompt, courteous, professional and most importantly knowledgeable service. They Genuinely care about the overall customer experience and will service what they sell as may be needed. It's reassuring to know that we're not just another client but that they believe in longstanding customer care relationships. Their many variety of Products are first class and they will customize the right product and installation specifically to the Client's design needs in a no-pressure manner. They do it right the first time.

We have used Outerware for Windows twice recently, one time to replace a ripped screen which they did quickly and they thoroughly checked quality on the replacement screen. Secondly we had called them because our second screen was lowered to cover our sliding glass doors to the patio but when trying to raise it, it hummed but wouldn't move. Outerware came out to make seemed to be a replacement if the motor but what they found was the problem was caused by faulty wiring originally done many years ago by a company no longer in business.

They fixed the wiring, our motor was fine so the repair cost considerably less than we had expected and Outerware was diligent in finding the real cause to the problem. Highly recommend them, they are knowledgeable, care about the work they do and treat their customers very well.

Best Place for Window coverings! Very professionally. If you're in need of shade, this is the best place to go.

I called twice. Twice I spoke to someone who took my basic information, and didn't seem all that interested. Twice I was told that someone else would call me to set up an estimate. Twice nobody called. One of these companies that are busy now and will be the first to go when there is another slowdown.

This review is long overdue and I apologize Michael. The salesman/estimator was prompt. There might have been miscommunication on our behalf and some on behalf of the measurement/installation guys. Bottom line is I communicated with Michael Ernesti and he made good on everything without any hesitation. Their work is top notch and a company that stands by their customers the way this company did, gets my full recommendation.

It took me a very long time to make the decision to move forward with this project. I finally settled and decided to give my business to Outerwear for Windows after I have carefully screened through many proposals. Some are affordable and others are on the higher end of costs. Outerwear for Windows is in between. I really hesitated when they asked me to put down 50% of the purchase cost.

I called a friend who works for AZ License Contractor to checkout their credentials and to my surprise, they never had a complaint against them. I also checked them out with BBB as well and they have pristine reputation. Mike Enesti is the owner who is very knowledgeable of the product and also very patient answering all my questions regarding the quality, installation and timeline.

The installation team is also great to work with. They are flexible with delivery and installation time. Tom who oversees the installation process has a great team behind him. The installers are very nice, professional, attention to details, knowledgeable and skillful. They have enclosed my patio and did a fabulous job. I went from a doubtful prospect to a very happy customer. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality service on this type of home upgrade.

Tom was fantastic from start to finish. He explained things and was very polite and professional. I'm very happy with the solar shade he installed on my patio. I appreciated the up lighting information he shared with me. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to remind the office girl to email an updated quote of the job without the metal housing after deciding we did not need it. Otherwise everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend this company to all.

Absolutely AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME company! I can't say enough about their professionalism! From installers to managers to owner. VERY IMPRESSIVE. I have almost 50 roll down shades on my rental homes and my personal homes! They do custom installations and manufacture high quality products. 10 plus years experience with them. have had 3 repairs over that time 2 for under $100 each (tenant boogered one and 1 a strap wore out and needed replacement). 80% of my roller shades are motorized and only had one motor failure! And that was later year on a 10 year old unit cost was under $400 which is VERY REASONABLE MAINTENANCE! Especially considering how tenants can treat property!

I wish I had more to say other than this company is hard to work with. We spent thousands of dollars on rolling shades and they constantly break and get stuck. We constantly have to call and call to speak with someone, just for that person to pass it on to someone else. Then wait another week to be "put on the schedule". Once again, our shades are broken again.

They were supposed to reach out today to confirm an appointment and unsurprisingly, we have yet to hear from anyone. They were eager to take our money, but the customer service is non existent. Save your money and headache and look elsewhere.

From start to finish (sales to installation and product itself), every stage exceeded my expectation. First, I got estimates from multiple vendors and they were the best. Then from signing contract to installation was exactly went exactly what they promised.

Great products and warranty. Install team was awesome to work with and very accommodating. Definitely recommend them.

We are so thrilled with the product and service we received from this company, when we called them initially we talked directly with the owner, he invited us to come down to the showroom, we did and he explained the product to us in detail, we had no idea about this kind of stuff, but when we left we certainly knew a lot more, he did not pressure us and seemed content to spend as much time with us as necessary.
