I have been a SafeTouch customer for nearly 20 years. There service has always been 10+. I just called for service because a fire sensor is constantly chirping. The repair person said to remove the cover the see if it stops. It set the alarm off because it thinks the system is being tampered with. The first available appointment is not for another week. What happened to me being a "valued customer"? This is UNACCEPTABLE.

The installer John B. was truly professional. He showed up on time, completed the job in a clean and organized way, and answered all of my questions during the installation. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system and never too busy to answer questions. Solid work!

Nicole was absolutely, positively one of the best technicians I have ever had from any company come into my house. She was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything in detail so that I could clearly understand and even taught me several new things about our system. I have to say, it was also fantastic to see female in this position. I don't easily give 5 stars, but I would have given Nicole 10 if I could. Safe Touch should hire 100 more just like her! Thank you, Nicole, for your amazing customer service. You should be highly commended for you outstanding service!

What a difference finding the right company makes! After a horrifying experience with another Security company, we have a stellar state of the art system! From start to finish Safetouch is the epitome of professionalism. Chris our representative expo all our options and helped us select the perfect system for our needs at a VERY comfortable price point. John our installer was amazing, explaining each phase of the installation and letting us choose the location of our equipment.

He went above and beyond explaining every nuance of our system and gave us some very helpful hints so we could optimize our security equipment. Trust me this is a great company!

We recently purchased a new home and wanted to explore our security monitoring options. SafeTouch was one of them. Our sales rep did a great job of providing information that was necessary, especially for someone that has never had a security system before and isn't up to date on the latest and greatest when it comes to technology. I did absorb some of what he was saying, but some other things.

I didn't agree with, but I kept it moving. Our new home for some reason does not have a doorbell system. They don't sell wireless doorbells, such as the Nest or the Ring. Their reason - It has to be charged which means the battery can die. They also don't offer multiple panels. Their reason - Everything can be controlled on the app. Luckily we were able to go with a security company that allowed us to integrate multiple door bells, and panels in addition to a whole lot more. All controlled on the app and then some. I think SafeTouch would be a great option for some people, but it wasn't for us.

We just recently transferred our service with SafeTouch because we moved. We were fortunate to have the same technician that installed our original system come set up our new system. Shaun is super professional, polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend SafeTouch and if you're lucky Shaun will be the one installing it.

The two techs that installed my system were the most polite and knowledgeable gentlemen I've met in along time. They did an awesome job on the installation and were very expeditious. They did a great job of explaining the entire system to my wife and I. I would highly recommend this company and request John B for tech and DeAngleo as Sales guy. U guys are the best

We had service 2007 to 2013. Along with alarm a smoke/heat sensor was purchased. We had issues with that sensor and a tech came out. The sensor was disconnected without our knowledge. We paid for the sensor and monitoring for those years. Now we find out the sensor had been disconnected and we contacted Safe Touch. They will take no responsibility for repairing or replacing the sensor.

Sub-par product and service - and they rely on holding customers to full 3 year contract in spite of multiple system failures and inconvenient service visits. November 6th, 2021 (8am) - Installers were unable to complete the installation, as they were in need of a part that was not available (Saturday). During this visit, the hard wiring in the previously functioning panel was all cut - since they were adding wireless sensors. November 16th, 2021 (window 1pm - 2pm) - A new crew of installers arrived, and continued working until after dark.

At this time we were not provided any collateral or literature other than to use the online app - Alula. I was surprised this was an outsourced app, and not seemingly proprietary of Safetouch, since that had never been mentioned before. It doesn't work well. November 21st, 2021 - Within a few days, a sensor developed a fault - which causes an hourly beep. December 1st, 2021 - They emailed me about the autopay function.

I emailed her back advising her that the system still is not working. No response. December 6th, 2021 (8am) - Service technician identified zone 8 (window in the family room) was not connected properly. He removed the wireless sensor and replaced it. The error message on the keypad vanished, and we figured all was fine. I was a little concerned having needed a service visit so early on, considering the system worked fine for a few days and then fizzled. December 10th, 2021 - The alert on the keypad came on again, with the system beeping every hour.

Another service visit was scheduled. December 22, 2021 (3pm - 5pm) - A new technician noted that the battery was not properly in place for zone 8. He secured the battery, made sure the magnet connected, and cleared the error message on the keypad. December 25, 2021 - A new error message appeared on the keypad, this time for zone 14. Beeping on the hour again.

At this point, I am not at all confident this system is dependable or will continue to work properly without significant effort/scheduling/impeding work and inconvenience. It has not worked properly for more than a few days at a time, and is less than 2 months old. December 27th, 2021 - I called to request cancellation based on the poor track record of the system.

The representative told me that I could not cancel and would have to pay out the full 3 year contract. December 28th, 2021 - I called again and was given an email address to write to request cancellation. (Done - email sent) January 5, 2022 - I've reached out a few more times, no response to cancellation request. Representatives keep saying that it does not matter how many times they send service reps or the system fails because they offer a lifetime guarantee. this does not offset having to schedule work around their visits several times a month. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

Safe touch Security SUCKS! They have a major problem with Vystar about automatic withdraw and Vystar didn't pay them. Now they have reported me to the credit company. The lady in the billing department that works there accused me of lying. She is one of the RUDEST people that I have EVER SPOKEN TO AT A BUSINESS. I have nothing to do with Vystar CU or Safetouch, but safetouch put me in the middle of their drama with the bank.

I have decided to send a mass email out to all 5000 of our customers offering free service if they cancel their alarm with Safetouch and sign with ADT or any other alarm company. Safetouch has GED employees that are clearly running their outfit. Stay AWAY!

We have been with SafeTouch for many years and needed an upgrade. Words to Describe our experience are respectful, friendly, efficient, thorough. John arrived early which we loved since we knew there was a lot of work to be done. John worked with us to help make further decisions on locations for the various devices. Awesome experience. Please fully read the contract! First of all I wasn't aware there was a 3 year contract with an additional 2 years no one tells you about if you don't do a written cancellation in certain period of time after cancellation date. So I'm stuck paying 19 months for a service I no longer have but I'm definitely not willing to stay with this company after speaking to who they consider customer retention at corporate who had the worst attitude of anyone I've ever spoken with there.

But this is definitely a lesson learned I don't care how long it takes from now on I'm gone put my glasses on and sit and read everything word for word or you won't be getting my signature. DON'T LET THESE SALES REPS RUSH YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS READ EVERYTHING SO YOU DON'T GET TAKEN BY COMPANIES LIKE THIS PERIOD!

There quality assurance and customer service is non existing. They do not keep appointments; and when they eventually do show up each technician blames the next prior one. Whenever you call in to there customer service department all they do is read a script saying I did/will deliver outstanding customer service; even though they have not answered your questions or responded to your request. Their Orlando operation is perhaps the worse of all; simply put: Total Incompetency! All I can say is "Stay Away From Safe Touch".

If I could rate this company less than one star I would! STAY AWAY! I sold my house and don't have a place to transfer my system. I'm under contract and they will not pause it until I buy a new house and refuse to turn my system off. So now I'm left with two options. Not selling my house or I guess cut the wires and have the cops come out because I cant sell the house to someone with s system on that they don't have control over. Additionally, my phone number changed and they will not change my phone number except via fax. Seriously, who owns a fax machine?

All this is after they billed us multiple times when we first got the system which took a long tie to sort out because anytime you have to call their business office they keep you on hold 20-50 minute. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Do not hire these people. They lie and their phone people are complicit with it. They install defective equipment then expect you to wait on them (2 days maybe) to reappear and fix their problem. You have NO alarm system or smoke detectors but they expect you to continue paying for their trash equipment and install. Also, do not fall for their "Warranty".

They will tell you it was "operator error" or some nonsense and expect you to pay for it. Lester needs to show up once in awhile at his customers for a actual survey on his companies evaluation. Zero professionalism or trust with this company.

*Unprofessional installers and mediocre system with terrible speaker. ** Feedback: How about you tell your installers to at the very least ASK if we would like them to remove or cover their shoes before walking ALL OVER our homes? ((Especially when there were 3 of you!)) It is ridiculous that your techs used foul language around my child, and then rushed through the install (leaving a mess behind), but the fact that they also tracked in filth all throughout my house with their shoes was the part straw Im EXTREMELY dissatisfied with safetouch at this point.

The sales person- 1 Star (read the fine print- Our sales person told us lies) User friendly system- 5 Stars Time it take for a alarm rep to come on the speaker- 3 Stars (only becasue 1-2x no one came on the line) Customer Service after purchasing system- No Star (one hour wait time, no call back, issues never resolved) Overall- 1 Star For me customer service is big especially during a contract. Do your homework, Don't make the same mistake

One star is too good for them. Salespeople lie about the capabilities of the hardware, then lock you into a contract that you can't get out of. Stay away from this company at all costs. Good luck getting anyone on the phone, if you have issues. Slimy salespeople that will lie to make a sale, then no recourse possible, after the damage is done.

NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT! Safetouch doesn't care about their employees & never has a manager on duty who ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THE COMPANY. smh. I've never worked ANYWHERE that didn't have a manager on duty AT ALL TIMES! seeing a lot of reviews about the company being a scam. do they know that Lester Jackson himself owns a Mclaren? or has houses around the country? their scam is to get everyone's money so that lester can pay for his nice things. can't wait to see him on the next headline as the next "security scam unraveled" ha. better get a grip on your company before someone reports this company to the bbb

I have had Safetouch for almost 2 years now and Im happy. I like that they speak to you over the alarm box when alarm is triggered. My son set it off coming in late one evening and our password is 2 words; he only said one then he said, "or it may be blank blank" which was correct but the operator asked which was correct and when he replied with only half of it, they sent the police. It's good in a way that they don't take short answers even if close, but he did say the full password as well, so what are the odds he doesn't live here? Everything works as it should and I recommend Safe Touch when anyone asks.

Sales person will lie to you - make changes on the contract making you believe your only signing a month to month contract. then you find out your stuck in contract you can't get out of. There are better security companies out there. Stay away from SafeTouch. When you try to talk to management, you'll get the run around. Their rates are over priced for the services you get.

Be very careful. All their sales men lie and will have you sign documents for 12 month contracts and when you try to cancel they won't cancel stating it was a 3 year contract. They also say you have the ability to cancel if it was a business that closed down. I would never recommend this company. Even the transfer to the home address is 250 dollars. Worst out there. Half of the time their service didn't operate properly either.

Safetouch works their employees like crap. They overwork and overuse them. They work from before the sun rises until way after it goes down. But you won't see the higher ups out past hours. Definitely need better management! They send employees out that don't know what they're doing & expect them to figure out the systems all on their own.

The salesmen lie to the customers and make them believe they can upgrade or install a certain system that isn't actually possible to do just so they can get your money! Pissed off at this company. Choose ADT, they actually care about YOU & their own employees!

Excellent monitoring, but don't expect local service to exceed the mega-security companies. Always prompt response to alarms.but, just like cable companies and the mega-security companies, they are totally obtuse to the value of a customer's time. Theirs is valuable, and yours is worthless. It doesn't matter if you're an attorney with a $400/hr billing rate, you'll be expected to sit around the house for hours waiting for some schlub high-school grad to show up and spend 10 minutes replacing a sensor (something which you could do yourself with some competitors' systems).

If they had any sensibility, their techs would call YOU when they're on the way, and wait for YOU. After all, aren't they charging you for it? In the end, I'm not sure if the prompt response to false alarms from marginal hardware is really worth the premium over the cut-rate mega competitors.

Biggest rip off there ever was. I was told I could get out of my contract if I sold my house. I sold my house and almost a year later I am still paying because I am tied into a contract and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. It's very very sad that a company can have control over someone's bank account so easily and threaten to sue if you cancel the CC card. Word to the wise.learn from the mistakes of all these people with bad reviews and Tell Lester Jackson to go screw
