Worst interview process I've ever experienced. This company does not value the time of applicants and the interview process is overly complicated and drawn out. To start, spent over two hours interviewing for an associate marketing position where I was grilled on topics that had nothing to do with marketing. Apart from the fact that the company had very little knowledge of its own marketing metrics, I was constantly reminded of my lower level of marketing experience.

I then toured the entire facility, met every single employee, filled out another application, and then instructed to complete an additional aptitude test after leaving the interview. I completed this test in a timely manner and ensured that all my references were readily available to be contacted. And then after being told I would have an answer the following Monday, it took The Systems Depot an entire week to tell me that they are looking for a candidate with more experience for a $20/hr position.

I understand that I may have not been the proper fit, but the criteria for me not being selected could have been established after the interview and my time could have been saved looking for other employment.

The negative reviews for this company are accurate. I failed to read them, and went with my gut thinking that this would be a great company to work for. I was hired for a customer service position, yet they started me in a warehouse and claimed it was "training." At first I was told it was two weeks of training in the warehouse then a month then two months but I wanted to go through with it thinking that this was going to be a great company to work for.

After one week, they fired me with no valid explanation or reasoning just that they don't think I am a "good fit." They didn't give me any warnings, or prior conversation. As far as I knew, I was rocking it out and doing good. I would NOT recommend working for this company. They will start you out with decent pay just to reel you in but at any moment you could be fired WITHOUT REASON. Very unprofessional and unethical.

So glad that I took this job. I have a great deal of respect for the owner and feel sad that so many people have misunderstood him and posted derogatory remarks in the past. I have been well respected since I have been here, and all of the people here are very friendly and very helpful. If you could talk to the owner, you would know that the bad comments online are just disgruntled employees trying to get unwarranted revenge.

Cut throat company who doesn't value good employees. All the glass door reviews about this company are accurate, read them and stick with your gut. You don't want to get hired here only to lose your job in the blink of an eye, without any form of compensation. If your looking for an honest company with morals and self respect. This isn't it.

Look up reviews on Glassdoor, Indeed, and The Complaints Board before accepting a job here. I failed to do so. You DO NOT want to work for this man. With his current business practices, this place will not last.

Best place in Sacramento to get security alarm supplies. The staff are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are good and everything is usually in stock

Great prices and friendly staff. Pretty much have everything that you could possibly need. If they dont have what you need they can get it within a few days. Brian is a great guy and he will try to match most prices if you can find it cheaper somewhere else.
