You pay for what you get. The items on this site might not be the cheapest, but rest assured, they stand behind all of the products that they sell. If you are dissatisfied with a product, they will make sure to assist you and identify the product that would suit you best. And shipping is extremely easy on this site. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star is because what others have been saying on here as well - you are ONLY allowed to exchange the items on this site, as there would be no returns or refunds, unless if it's the products' issues.
I do however understand the use and abuse and return from previous customers, thus, causing them to implement this rule. I also do notice that sometimes, they do mail you products that have been used before. However, as long as you work with CS, they will be glad to exchange it for you. Again, 5 stars to CS, 3.5-4.0 stars for their products.

This business is a sham. If you are considering buying from them, don't. I ordered a product. I changed my mind while it was being shipped. It got to my home while I was on vacation. When I got home, I contacted them about immediately returning it. I was told no because it falls outside of their 7-day return deadline. I was on day 8. I was also told that they only do store credit or exchanges.
I was also told that a customer service person would look in to my situation and get back to by the end of the day. That never happened. A day later I had to reach back out to them for a conclusion. Which was basically them telling me they wouldn't help me out. If you decide to buy from this place, be certain about your purchase. They are a company of zero flex or common decency to do the right thing by a person. Bottom line driven.

Bought 2 cameras one cheaper and the next double the price at $400 first camera didn't work in the store and got a second one. Brought it home and it didn't work. Went back and bought the better one and worked for a day. Both did not work. Company will not return it. They don't care about their customers. Only money. Only had it a week

Tomorrow will be my 3rd time in one week going to this store. It's such a hassle to get the cameras to connect to your home wifi all they do is load forever and nothing I tried with 2 different cameras over $400. Whats the purpose of getting a camera if you can't check it while your away from home? I hope tomorrow I can get something that will actually work. Update.
I returned to the store and the Lady, sorry I don't remember her name, was very helpful. She showed me how to connect the camera the correct way. She also showed me features the camera had and went through the process as to how to use the features. I was pleased with my service and very happy the camera is working correctly now :

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I purchased a recording device from this store. When I went to use the device, I could not charge it to set it up. The website and user manual show a photo of the product components and I had everything pictured. After purchasing two cords to try to charge the device, I realized that the description of "USB" port was incorrect and that the port the manual refers to is not a USB port.
I called the store and spent over 30 minutes trying to get help with this. The employee helping me had no idea what was going on. He was a new employee and didn't even know what device I was talking about, even though I offered to give him the item number several times. When I finally insisted and gave him the item number (after 25 minutes), he realized he didn't have that item in stock to compare.
He told me to call back and said that he would not answer, so that that woman at the other store would pick up and help me. SO, I call. and call. and call. No answer. I reach out via the website chat. I finally receive an email asking for my order number, which I didn't have because it was an in-store transaction. The woman from NY finally calls me.
She has a horrible attitude and actually laughed at me several times during the call. She cited a 7 day exchange only policy. My item was purchased 3 weeks prior. So, even thoughI do not have all of the components, had to spend a ridiculous amount of time dealing with these people, and have a recording device that is flimsy and sub-par to others that I've used, this store will not talk the product back and give me a refund. Again, do not shop here. Save yourself a headache.
