I am very happy with the final outcome of all the work done. The team was very patient with me, adjusting for changes during the install and giving good guidance on how the overall smart system should work. Gary was the Absolute best. Moved my business to Nanuet recently, and was referred to Bullet Security. Gary and his staff set up my alarm system, camera system, and fire alarm. All his staff was on time, honest, clean, professional, and took there time to explain everything to me. Never had an experience like this. Gave me a fair and honest price, and the best systems.
Its funny as well, I'm actually chasing him to pay him because that how honest he is. There was a snow storm and we didn't get a chance to meet while they completed the job. He stated when you have a chance drop it off. Who would do that. Thousands of dollars worth of equipment, and just pay me when you get a chance. Don't go anywhere else for your security needs. Hey all, Bullet Security has been working with us for many years now. We have some old school and new school equipment. We just got some new cameras installed. They were great. 1080P clear as day. We already had a hit and run that we caught due to the clarity and easy to use DVR camera system they installed. Everything went without a hitch and Chad is a great person to work with.

I highly recommend Bullet Security for all of your security and home theatre needs. We have a very complex system and Chad is a whiz at making things work. The Bullet team is extremely responsive and has helped us numerous times with troubleshooting, off hours included. They will not oversell you on things you don't need and are as honest as the day's long. HIGHLY recommended.

I've been a customer of Bullet security since 2016 when I had them install a security system in my home. When my wife and I opened a bagel deli we used Bullet for full security, remote access to dvr multiple camera recording, fire control monitoring, the full package, so to speak. I've always been quite satisfied with the fast response and professional handling by all the Bullet employees.
In our Deli, we use the local cable company for our internet, TV, and v.o.i.p. telephone service. The cable company provided us with the wireless router used for our customer WiFi and other wired services like our secure credit card processing. This router required rebooting several times a week causing delays in our ability to accept customer payments.
One day while on the phone with Bullet security, I casually mentioned my frustration with our off and on router problems. I was then connected to a "secret benefit" of Bullet Security namely Chad. He is an expert network engineer and administrator. He explained to me in language that I could quickly understand, the benefits of a more robust SoHo router and a wireless access point.
He explained how and why this would improve our overall security, and quality of signal in the WiFi area and keep our credit card processing equipment running without interruption. The price was reasonable so we had Chad come over and set things up. I'm so glad we did this. Bullet Security is a top quality full service problem solver. I'm glad we are their customer.
