They came out promptly, didn't give a quote then charged me $238. The door wouldn't open with the side button so I called them back out. Said the lock needed further repair for that to work. I asked how much, they went back to truck, and quoted another $500 plus. I said no thanks and they made me pay $39 for service call. I'm now stuck outside because my lock is broken again

Very poor service. Technician no show at appointment time and let me wait 4+ hours. Then 1+ hours delay at the re-scheduled appointment time and next day. When the technician finally shows up after 1 hour delay, they ask the double price for the re-key plus other hidden fee charge. Also the promised 10% CitiSearch discount is not given. The overall charge is more than double price than their promised price over the phone.
When I reject the price and they try to charge me another $65 hidden trip fee. This business is the trap. They are not honest business and uses bait-and-switch tricks. You will in bigger trouble if you do business with this locksmith and they will grasp your money without mercy by taking advantage of your disaster. Away from this locksmith if you want help when you are in trouble!
